How does someone get into the coding field without experience? I have all the qualifications...RHIT, CCS, AA in health informatics, Certificate in medical billing and reimbursement, BAS in healthcare management, yet no one will hire me.

I got a job as an office assistant at the hospital that has a lot of clinics in a lot of locations around my home. I applied at every job I was qualified for there. Once you work here for 6 months, you can apply within and they like to hire people who are already working there. I'm working part time. I do help out for a few hours a week in other departments and they're all teaching me new skills to add to my resume.
