You are very UNLIKELY to get a DoD/Govt job WITHOUT a Clearance, and most companies will NOT sponsor your Clearance. I’m a Retired Vet who have been Gov tech for years. 💯💯

False. People get sponsored for clearances everyday you just need to know where to look. I got my clearance at 18 never served. I've helped hundreds get sponsored clearances.

That’s not true at all. I work in Government contracting. It’s good to have a certification to get in the door. The contract may require the person to have a certain cert and they will sponsor your clearance. I just reviewed a resume and my company was willing to sponsor someone and pay relocation fee.
