Can you do a video showing the process of you contacting and finding or selling a property to a cash buyer? I’m sure you have buyers already. It would help getting insight on what that process is and how to sell the property for 100% of what you’re selling the property for. I know people say they sell flips to buyers who buy the property out right but I don’t really see that process that much anywhere . I also know some people like to keep it confidential.
