By doing your homework I mean type in their name,type in complaints on the Internet. You cannot hide. Also ask for current referrals.

When you introduce EVERY SINGLE guest as a "Very Special Guest", It really doesn't make any of your guests feel 'Very Special' because they know you say it Every time to Every guest. So, sadly, it has come to the point where, when you say it, it just sounds generic and insincere.
