Judge David Fleischer’s fair and equal judgment should be the national standard. His approach is a blueprint for true justice and deserves to be studied and implemented nationwide for lasting equity. ✍🏽🤔 It's wild how this level of fairness sometimes scares people. It could be folks fear of actual accountability- as he embodies a factual stance that actions equal consequences and repercussions! #RealTalk #Accountability

@ChristiColonel Honetly, I see what you’re saying. But the process of dishing out fair and equal justice with balance may be much harder then it look. You know, it’s like trying to balance on a tightrope. You don’t want to be too harsh, but you also don’t want to be too lenient. Because, at the end of the day, you’re not just trying to punish people-you’re trying to give them an opportunity to actually change. And let's be honest, not everyone who gets in trouble is a lost cause. Some people just need a little nudge, a reminder that what they did wasn’t cool and, hey, maybe they can make it right. But then, yeah, you've got those who definitely deserve the full force of the law. And those are the moments when we all go, "Yeah, throw the book at 'em!" But you can’t throw the book at everyone, right? You can’t treat every criminal like they’re some kind of Shakespearean villain. If you do that, we end up with a system that punishes people for the sake of punishing people, instead of actually getting them to understand the impact of their actions. And that’s where rehabilitation comes in. You need to give people a chance to correct themselves before just tossing them back into the wild. But I do love your point about Judge Judy-she’s a legend, right? She’s not about rehabilitation. She’s about getting it done, and she does it with style. But not every judge is gonna walk around with that kind of attitude. Some of them actually want to believe people can change. Which, I think, is a good thing. As for this whole "penalty point system"-I mean, that’s the kind of system that tries to keep people from going rogue. It’s like having a GPS for your decision-making: no one’s flying blind. So, yeah, I think it’s about finding that balance between fairness, accountability, and the chance for redemption. That’s a tough thing to do. But if this judge is pulling it off, then I say-more power to him. It’s rare, but maybe that’s what we need more of. #TrueJustice #Accountibility

Hi Judge, I love your manner and compassion. I am from NZ , I frequently watch KZbin videos about 1st amendment auditors. From my observations the ordinary American citizen is very vulnerable to abuse my the police, local and sometimes federal government organisations. You have given me hope that there are righteous, honourable and compassionate people in the justice system of America. You are frigging awesome. I hope you go far and gain a wider influence in your current role and any other subsequent roles in the future. Man I hope you reply. That would be a thrill for me!

LOVE FROM BOSTON, M.A. WE NEED ALL MASSACHUSETTS COURTS TO LIVE STREAM TO RESTORE FAITH IN THE COURTS, AFTER ALL ... POLICE ARE NOW (MOSTLY) WEARING CAMERAS, SO IT WOULD ONLY SERVE THE GREATER GOOD TO SHOW COURT PROCEEDINGS LIVE. UNLESS OF COURSE THOSE WHO HOLD POWER HAVE SOMETHING TO HIDE.... BUT THAT WOULD *NEVER* BE THE CASE. THE POLICE, D.A.'S and THE COURT HAVE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO HIDE.... SO I HAVE ASK THOSE THAT READ THIS COMMENT WHY DO WE NOT LIVE STREAM ALL COURT PROCEDURE. I DO UNDERSTAND THAT THERE ARE CERTAIN THINGS THAT MUST BE HELD BACK AND KEPT SECRET, HOWEVER MOST OF THE PROCEEDINGS CAN AND SHOULD BE PUBLIC, THIS WOULD AFTER ALL MAKE A GRAND EFFORT TO RESTORE THE PUBLICS TRUST IN THE JUDICIAL SYSTEM, GIVEN THE POLITICAL ATMOSPHERE AS OF LATE. CONSIDER LIVE FEEDS FOR ALL TO SEE.... WE HAVE GIVEN POLICE A TREMENDOUS AMOUNT OF POWER, NOT TO MENTION THE ABILITY TO TAKE AWAY ONES FREEDOM, SO I ASK YOU WHO MAY BE READING THIS ..... WHY SHOULD WE ** NOT** HAVE CAMERAS AND A LIVE FEED IN COURT ROOMS ACROSS AMERICA. JUDGE FLEISCHER IS A SHINING EXAMPLE OF HOW THIS CAN BE AN ASSET TO OUR DEMOCRACY.

Hey JF i think you are such a funny judge. My boyfriend and I watch you all the time. One time you did this thing that meant in one ear and out the other and my boyfriend started laughing. It is funny when you yell at the people and sometimes you even make a disgusted face at them and they dont know what to think. You make them own up to it like when they sign that thing that promises they wont drive and then some of them do drive. I have been tp court many times but i was always in circuit or i would push my cases to circuif to buy myself more time to be out. You caught yourself a dam flea lol

Audio is so irritating. Everyone who is not before the bench should have their mics muted. I can hear all their chatter and the loud sounds of papers being shuffled. Normally I don't hear this type of stuff on the judge's videos, so not sure why this one is like this...

Whenever the DA reads a complaint of assault it seems its a standard text of the complaints etc etc etc felt pain. Is that where the evidence shows reason? Seems it's said in every case in repetition.
