Ok so even in basic training (army) in order to pass you need to hit targets with a rifle up too 300 meters away. Which isn't even a sniper, that is just to qualify and pass for regular rifle marksman...This guy was using a rifle with the same reach as an m16 shot 8 rounds and missed his target that was not even 150 meters away. So not only was the range short but he had multiple clear shots that he missed. The real question i have is how the Hell did the police and SS allow him to get up there with a rifle in the first place AND able to fire so many rounds into a crowd before being neutralized? Secret service and police failed...horribly.
