Thank you for your service. My uncle was in the naval reserve and was killed on 10/25/1944 when a kamikaze hit his ship during the liberation of the Philippines. He was buried at sea.

This happened to be the final video I watched to complete his channel after discovering and binging it. So enjoyable, and so cool to hear his own wild story. He's a great storyteller.

On the elite members of our military, I fully agree. Always saw how they carry, and present themself, the same way most black belts do. If you have made it through 3 schools, that many wash out in, on top of boot, what would you feel you have to prove to anyone? Hell, at that point Even God knows that you are a freak of nature, and the devil thonos to himself, " I wouldn't want to run into him, in a dark alley. " That leads to many being the most laid back, easy going, polite, and humble people you will ever meet. Just as it is with most who are dedicated to learning martial arts. You never see them start the fight, because they know what they are capable of. Dad did 22 in the Corps. Had a SEAL and a retired Recon Master Sergeant, living, in our trailer park. 2 of them were, and still are, close friends of the family. And part of who I am today, how I carry myself, is something that their mentiring me, has stuck with me, and served me, and my family well.
