@jacket54562 жыл бұрын
Literally almost *any* illegal relationship is either Underage or Incest. So there were only two possibilities. But...being groomed for years by a teacher? A bit unexpected, but it shouldn't be. It happens everyday unfortunately :(
@MessickGreg2 жыл бұрын
Some teachers not only male but of all are grooming children for exploitation. Making them feel like they are in charge and can do anything without repercussions. When we all know that growing up now is not fair to children now. But nothing is fair so parents have to be extra aware of their children and what is taught to them. STAND UP PARENTS BE THE VOICE!!!!!

MrBallen's videos teach one important lesson. Dangerous doesn't feel dangerous. Evil doesn't seem evil. I can't remember where I encountered it, but a quote I read that comes to mind says something along the lines of, "The devil isn't this big scary red monster, he's everything you could ever want. He's charming and charismatic." The only way people who are evil are able to commit these heinous acts is by seeming plain, lowering your guard.

this doesn't necessarily count as cheating. he gr00med her since she was a KID... it wasn't an innocent, loving, romantic relationship, it was an ILLEGAL and creepy relationship. Don't label Ashley as a cheater... she didn't cheat on her boyfriend, she was manipulated and abused into a gross and creepy relationship by an older man.

Even if he is the reason she didn't come home, a 12-hour interrogation seems like it wouldn't be legal. Even the people held in Guantanamo Bay are not subjected to sleep deprivation, as that is a form of torture. Even if that isn't the exact reality about that interrogation, they are giving him something to use against the prosecution if he is arrested.

@Ihatescales.mp4 all 50 states are the same, if someone is 18 or older is trying to phsycially assault/sa someone who is 17 or younger is a felony crime, my home state of Missouri was the last one to join the pack a few years ago, other countries I have no idea what their laws are but in the US it is, they made a solid line where if you are 18 you are an adult and if you are 17 you are a full fledged minor, they completely removed the gray area that 17 used to sit in with some adult privileges and some minor child protections and did away with any adult privileges 17 year olds used to have.

He got 20 years instead of life because she survived, but that is BS logic.. In his mind he had murdered her, left her, and tried to get away with it. After 12 hours of interrogation the police was able to make him confess. If she had died, he would probably have gotten life in prison. But how is he any less evil and dangerous, because he was to stupid to tell the difference between almost dead, and definitely dead. He should rot in prison.

As for the victim though her will to survive must be Hella strong for her to have survivrd the cold with a broken neck for 30 hrs, then make it threw a medically indyced coma, AND learn how to be a fully functional person again. Then be happily married with kids? Praise Jesus she's a trooper, and a medical miracle too. Wow. I can't imagine what it must be like for her to know that her ex has the slim to none chance of being a free man again in two years though,... @__@ But hey, she's got nothing to prove to anyone and if anything her evil ex isthe one who needs to be sleeping with one eye open for the rest of his life.
