@@subwayslut That doesn't deny that he will end up becoming a forgotten/less-thought of channel. He's still raking in millions of views a month, though it's definitely on a downward trend, and considering that YT has become a sort of legacy side project for him and there's not really any incentive to grow his channel anymore (no need for money, already has many achievements, etc.), I've mostly tuned out of watching him since he went to Japan, and I'm sure that's the case for many people. Glad that he's finally living the retirement he wants, but as time goes on, people's interest in that will go down, and that's fine.

The legality of recording a phone call varies from state to state. Some states only require that a single party consent to conversations being recorded - and yes, that single party could be yourself during the recording of a conversation. As long as you know the call is being recorded, then it's completely legal.
