I think the nursery rhyme was about the monster -- not the characters. It was a warning about what the Cicadas were going to do. I also think that Martin /WAS/ the entity. Someone locked it up, and he used the fact he was a Marine to trick Boyd into letting him out. They touch, they break, they steal: They touched Kenny, they broke Paula, and then they stole the three townspeople: Julie, Randal, and Mari. It has nothing to do with the people. It was a warning to them about what the monster would do - they would touch them, then break them, and then steal them. All of which it did until they destroyed the music box. ALSO: That voice that talked to Jim- it was the same one on the phone who talked to Kenny! Who is that dude!?

Martin was a bad entity the entire time, and used Boyd's military honor against him. I think that's also why the creatures 'noped' out of there when they realized that Smiley was dead.

I just viewed a site called Crappy Reviews "FROM: ALL VICTOR'S DRAWINGS,' and he had a pic posted that was not in my season 1 episode 9 scene. It is at the site at 3:59, and consists of Ethan looking at one of Victor's drawings with his mother. It is from "Into the Forest," at approximately 18 minutes in the episode. We only see the backside of the picture but it is of a giant spider in a hole and it looks very much like the Symbol, which is why I believe it was deleted before viewing.

I also loved that moment when Boyd triumphed and yelled that this place will not break him. He's gone through such character growth from when he first arrived in town to his journey through Season 2. He was so obsessed with trying to be the fearless leader - Mr. Fish 'n Loaves - for the whole town (like with his forest expeditions) that he neglected his family. He didn't see that his wife was losing her mind until it was too late. And in Season 1, he thought he had this place all figured out and could keep everyone safe. Then this evil entity spent all of Season 2 trying to break him, throwing him curve balls he never anticipated, testing his sanity, unleashing threats he didn't understand, and making him question reality. He was forced to show vulnerability and ask for help for the first time. In the end, after repairing his relationship with his son, he realized what was most important. Despite the impending doom coming for the town, this time he was there for his family. He went to his son's wedding, got the clarity he needed, and then he had the epiphany he needed to save the town including the 3 catatonic residents. Just brilliant.

I think it was Martin that threw him the rope.. He was the evil all along. He wanted to trick Boyd so he could infect him with the cicada larvae and Boyd would bring it back to the town. I just don't understand why Boyd didn't question it. I don't care what else was going on at that time, that would have been my first question after climbing out of the well.

I feel alot of this is feeding off of Stranger Things. Everything from the lights and music boxes being conneccted to the other dimension to the entity using people to connect the upside to the other dimension. First going through dreams and needing to use people as vessles to connect the dimensions.

Watch this!! The tree in middle of the road wasn't cut down, it had fallen from its roots (Uprooted), creating a small hole deep in its ground, and that's the same hole Jade saw from the tunnel. Once you discover the root hole, you will find the fallen faraway tree, and that will be the way back home. Also, Tabitha was the first person to ever fall from the glass window from the tower, look closely how none of the windows ever broken. Eloise might have used a different route, b'cos if she or anybody else had fallen, then who fixed back the glass windows, also why hasnt Victor ever used the bottle tree or ever entered the tower for over 40yrs now?. The spot where they all got lost is the same point to get back home, you just have to look closely. I think the way out is either to fall FROM the tower or to dig up the spot of the Jade's symbol to climb out of the fallen tree hole to exit the town. LIKE THIS IF YOU AGREE WITH ME 👍

And see that when we see Julie and Randall in them chained up in top of the tower the same place that Martin was and we know that their physical bodies are back in in the town so that makes me think that maybe Martin wasn't really there either and that his body might have been in the town

When Sara mentioned about the evil thing touching your arm, I don’t think she was talking about Kenny. Kenny grabbing his arm was a red herring. Martin directly touched Boyd’s arm when he put the worms in him. I think Martin was the evil thing that wanted to escape and he put himself in Boyd. That’s why the evil thing Sara talked about said Boyd brought him to the town. Martin quickly died after the transfer because he was in Boyd’s blood.

Did jade find 2 pieces of the puzzle that fit? The first time he sees the symbol is right after he gets a vision of the bolder that fell on the civil war soldier in the cellar. In the last episode there’s a hole in the roof of the tunnels where the symbol is. Did the bolder fall from there? Is that the tree where the soldiers were hanging from where the roots formed the symbol? He also said at the beginning of the last episode that they didn’t have useful pieces of the puzzle like the corners. It could signifying that the puzzle piece didn’t have corners and it’s round.

Maybe the place really exist and there was really a massacre happened before, and all that we are watching is just Victor's (sole survivor) memory, hallucination or dream. Victor aged in Fromland, how he survived that long? why he is not being haunted? he has all the answers, or maybe he is the true Master of the place.

When I first heard that song. I knew they were going to have to destroy that music box. And I figured the box was in the ruins since that was the only time I can recall Boyd touching it. I do think if they were to put out the flame in the lighthouse, that would mean the town couldn't trap anymore people and/or it might could cause the town to disappear kind of like when Boyd put out the torch. Though I think there are other entities that need the humans to help them escape, and so they probably wouldn't allow that to happen, i.e. the boy in white shoving Tabitha out the window. Or the lighthouse may be like a prison trapping the evil entity, and if it were put out, then that evil entity could be allowed to escape into the rest of the world.

Victor's sister had to return after the night their mother died- after all, she drew the pictures of the Tower and Bottle Tree. The computer screen in Tabitha's room has the "Blood Circle" as the hospital corporate logo. Tabitha's reflection seems to be of someone else. Maybe she's actually the person that wrote "Flight Of The Cromanacle".

I think that the reason why the mom was killed by the tree because she was protecting her daughter and wanting her to free the kids. But the monsters got to mom first. I do think Tabitha is going find Victors sister. I can see the season 3 opening up with Tabitha driving around the woods to get back!

I don't think the monsters killed her, I think it was the first guy (I can't remember his name) that was obsessed by the symbol and went crazy or was possessed by the evil. He was the guy that created the journal that Jade now has. If I'm not mistaken, that was the same time when he killed everyone else in town except for Victor, I think he killed Victor's Mom before she could get to the tree. I think Victor's sister made it through. But also remember Tabitha's reflection looked different in the hospital so Victor's sister could look like anyone...maybe even the Doctor?

The middle eps where people say it’s slow for me gave off a lot of triggers on tillie. She arrived in the bus and was pretty calm and understanding about the whole deal. She gives Kristi morphine and so happened her gf is addicted to it. She guesses Fatima is preggo when really she shouldn’t have been able too tell, she then says something like oh I have heaps of children etc. 7 kids in the tunnel and yet Tillie is up in the house praying in a group of 7. Something is off with her. I do think Tabby has the lunchbox.

👋I believe Tabitha is out in the real world, thanks to the Boy in White 😳 Perhaps, he was hoping someone would make it to the lighthouse so he can show them the way out, in a "terrifying out the window" way 😂 I believe Tabitha is on a quest now (thus "Once upon a time" which indicates a beginning of a story), she will probably uncover the truth about FROMville. Also, I believe the trees are very significant to the town's illusion/creation; They don't bring you back to the real world, only take you to different places within FROMville plus the children were placed under this hole where the tree roots had covered it (but initially looked like the Jade's symbol). Victor place a lot of focus on the trees as well; Whatever the entity, it is using the trees as a guise.

I think Tabitha going to the Lighthouse ended cycle #47, hence the cards showing 4❤8♣️w/ a 7 still visible enough underneath rhe 8♣️ symbolizing she's entering the new cycle. - In the S1 finale Victor begins mentioning things are changing for the 1st time since only one other time in all the years he has been there. -The last few episodes in S2 we get signs of the #47 -S2 Finale everyone is saying it's the end, praying if it is the end, getting married in case it's the end etc.

Nothing took Martin over. He couldn’t throw the rope, and his personality changed cause he was freed. He tricked Boyd and then infected him.

And we already have confirmation that the entity was inside Martin, and he wasn't freed, he was still chained & literally died as soon as the worms left. I dont think Martin tricked anyone, he was merely a host for the entity.

Could’ve been a way to garner sympathy. WTF with the male nurse next to Tabitha when she wakes up. He's turning dials on what? He looks like a movie extra told to just do something when the camera starts rolling. And the corridor outside looks more like a police office waiting corridor than a hospital. When asked what she was doing on the trail, she said she did not know, but she couid have thought that it could have been close to the lighthouse. And Boyd has finally accepted the logic of Star Magic Land. He gets the token like Super Mario and uses the torch to enter another dimension.

Like in that movie ghosts of war all these patients are hooked up to a virtual dream world where they have friendship and community while they heal in the real world but then the dream world simulation goes haywire and turns into a nightmare with monsters and 👻 and they're trapped in it and can't get out.

When they arrived Tillie was pretty calm and understanding about the whole thing. She knew about Boyd being in the forest when really she couldn’t have known. She gives Kristi some morphine, thing is her gf may have a habit of it, even if not it sets her off. She knew Fatima was preggo when really she couldn’t have known. She then says oh I have lotsa kids etc. 7 kids in the cave and Tillie is up praying in the house with a group of 7. She’s had parts in the slower eps which stand out. leads to me thinking she could be apart of it. Anyways, I enjoyed the season. Hope everyone else is too!!

OH MY GOD. Stop referring to it as "the" symbol!!! There are three distinctly different symbols depending on how the three lines are arranged. One where they meet in a triangle, one where they meet in a point, and one where they meet randomly. Later on the episode, we see the symbol for St. Anthony. Or Did the boy in white do that because he needed tabby for later at the lighthouse. He needed her alive to get to the lighthouse so he can sling her through the glass this episode.

That's not Tabitha's reflection. First the sun is in her face, everything outside is going to be reflected in that window, not from the inside. Beside the head moves contrary to tabitha and appears to be a young blonde woman wearing a sweater with the Baptist Church steeple pointing right at her. This is there for a reason.

Few minutes in and can already tell you’re thinking similarly to me. The whole music box thing in finale seemed too easy. Why warn them with a riddle, then bring them to a place Boyd can easily go back to? What about the consequences of freeing Martin, what consequences will this have? Is Martin actually dead, and was he actually in the past? I posted about my theory that Boyd went to a dream when he entered the tree, and this episode seemed to confirm it with them all having physical bodies somewhere else. So where is Martins body? It all seems suspicious to me, I think Jade was one looking in right place. My thoughts are that the true goal of the others is Fatima’s baby, I don’t think she will technically be the mother, as the town actually provided that part. I think they either want a literal bridge baby, or that it has something to do with the 7 drowned kids. That half blood might be what causes dreams to mix with reality, similar to Martin. I assume he was trapped in his dream to create that bridge, or that he was actually not trapped at all. His eyes seemed different so he may have been faking the blindness and he didn’t seem to be in pain or incoherent like the others who were trapped. Also if 47 number really is significant, I’m inclined to believe there are 4 apposing forces with the boy in white being only obvious so far. My prediction is that next season will focus on an unusually rapid pregnancy and whatever chaos comes with half human half dream baby, while Tilly will divide people, with her planting seeds of a cult following in the finale, I bet she introduces a dangerous ideology. Tabitha will research the dates she found with help of Viktors sister to find a connection to how/when path opens, (hopefully gets to use Viktors trusty lunchbox revolver) and she will learn another meaning to “kids locked in a tower” since the lighthouse didn’t seem to be what Viktors mom was referring to there, nor was the dungeon with Boyd. Jade will come close to answers after finding the source of water but will probably meet same fate that drove Christopher insane (hope not, Jade is GOAT). Finally, I think some of the dead like Tom the bartender or khatri may be alive in same sense that Abby is, using them to manipulate characters. Jim will still be mostly useless while his son helps Viktor overcome mental block by going on a quest and they will find 3 different nightmare realms that connect to the roots of the overlapping faraway trees in symbol, with the spider area Boyd was in possibly being one of them. If monster does need physical body though I’m betting on Fatima’s baby

@@KonsBela Haha ha I remember the debate but I don't think the Wachowski stole any ideas from Dark City as they've been developing their story for years and took them a long time to workout the technical challenges of stop motion 360 slow mo panning shots when CGI and unreal engine weren't so advanced back then. Also with such an outlandish story they struggled to get funding which was harder for unproven directors. But it was a cinematic masterpiece far above Dark City. This From TV show is all over the map created by the makers of lost so I doubt it can achieve the story quality of Matrix or Dark City but hey who cares. It's still an intriguing mystery show and the trick to hooking fans is you can't show your hand. So enjoy the ride but lower expectations for the ending.
