Ethan always refers to the Cromenackle as "she". It's his mom. Ethan says the "Lonely Dragon had a bunch of discarded stuff no one wanted, but to the Lonley Dragon, it was treasure ". People think this refers to the storage room in the Diner, but I think it's the Monster Tunnels. There's all that stuff no one wants in there. I think the cave pictures are the map that the Lonely Dragon gives to the Cromenackle (Tabitha) so she can find her way home. The circle symbols seem to be the key. I think they're a topographic map of where the Faraway Trees lead to.

The very reason Ethan said the storage room reminds him on the cavern is because it's full of stuff nobody wanted.... You don't know who that stuff belongs or belonged to in the tunnels. You can only speculate. If the stuff is of the monsters below then it wasn't left behind. It would be with who wants it. The storage room on the other hand IS things that we know for a fact that were left behind. Not to mention the fact that Jade was given Chris's book (which was left behind) FROM the storage room.

You’re spot on the cromenackle was definitely his mom the lonely dragon is victor because he is literally all alone and he is the one who indeed led his mom to using the pictures aka rainbow map to find the right faraway tree to fall into

luv the idea that the symbol's lines might be roads...i am guessing the lines on the symbols are connected/represent impossible travel in some way, through faraway trees, through the roads that bring all these residents together from all over

The only problem is that whatever this story is about a Cromenockle, it's not common knowlege. I've never heard of it, it makes no sense to me other than what Ethan has mentioned about it.

You're right. It seems that the story is only in the From universe. However, we do get to hear Ethen's take on the story, so it's safe to say that we can use his knowledge to fill in the gaps.

I thought of a Dragon Ball reference as well. The colors blue and yellow are used a whole lot thru out the series. It may not mean anything. However those colors are associated with characters from dragon ball going super saiyan.

What if those trees move once in a long time to open the right way to the outside to go back to the real world? And what if Victor's Mom made it to go back when the time She left victor under the hideout?

There is a bunch of symbolism with "Jade" and "Tian Chen Liu. First Tian is of Chinese decent. The gemstone"Jade" is used in the Chinese Culture as a "Talisman to ward off Evil Spirts". "Jade" the "Gemstone" is also called the "Dreamstone" (Jade the "Man" has been having dreams and visions. "Jade" the stone is also called "The Heaven Stone" It's been theorized that FROMVILLE could be either"Hell" or "Purgorty". Now in the Season 3 Teaser Trailer it looks like Tian might be the one in the "Death Cart" and would explain way Jade is helping Boyd transport her. And if thats so then "Kenny" is now the "Lonely Dragon" having lost his dad, his mom and essentially "Kristi" is back with Mari. Also, Kenny burnt some bridges with the people in town when he had his "Temper Tantrum". With all that going on for him he's pretty much "A lonely Dragon". There's so much Religious and Spiritual Culture aspects that it's right up in the veiwers face and not down the Proverbial "Rabbit Hole".

But, I think the Lonely Dragon is going to be Victor's Sister, Eloise. And I think she will give the map, or the key, to Tabitha, making her the Cromenockle. Also, did you ever lay under a real Christmas tree and stare up at it? Imagine a center pole (trunk), and then imagine what the tree might look like if you only saw one layer of limbs at a time. Only a cross-section at a time. It might look like each symbol. So Each layer of limbs is its own symbol. But, in order to travel that "world tree" you'd need to know the right combination. Because you really need to make sure you're getting back to the right dimension. Or the right order of things. Not only the up/down order, but the orientation direction for each "limb layer." And then, you'd have to have the right blood to activate it all. You'd have to be of a certain discent. Like the 12 tribes of Israel, or whatever. But maybe it's of the bloodline of each race of beings? Idk. But Only they would get to travel the word tree. Lastly, they need to build the tree in the right order, or orientation, with their blood, AND in the right spot. They gotta go to the Kiva chamber, the cave of children, and they have to dig those rocks out of the top chimney area, make it look sort of like the a oubliette again. Because it was obviously a prison for those chiltrins. Maybe that's not so important. But you gotta get those rocks out. That's how gods in mythology like to trap each other, by piling on stones/mountains. That's what the stone puzzles mean when Tabitha sees them. They always roll a ball at the stone house to knock it down. They are trying to show her that they have to "topple the mountain," or throw down the stones, however you want to look at it. Someone is always tearing down a Tree, and then throwing a mountain on the spot. And another cycle starts.
