Looking at his arms it’s obvious he had done some training, but idk about genetic beast as he looks like he has quite a narrow bone structure meaning he probably doesn’t have the best genetic potential for building muscle.

I need to sort it out but I don't know how. I got long days at school, schoolwork and gym sessions in between. Very busy, but I want this to work so hard.

So you’re telling me he added almost 90 pounds to his squat in 12 training sessions throughout one month? Idk about that dude, has he trained before or what? Squatting almost 300lbs at like 145 body weight is pretty damn good after only a month of training, This rapid progress doesn’t seem possible.

Yeah like the bench is believable. But 40 kg on a squat is so unrealistic even with newbie gains. Like maybe 100 kg max but 120kg is stupid. Probably isn’t a one month time frame
@Goldilocks7O7
@Goldilocks7O7 4 жыл бұрын
NitSUj that’s what I was thinking, either they faked the starting weight and he could actually squat more than 80kg, or he trained for a lot longer than one month. I train legs hard, twice a week for the last 2 months and my squat has not improved anywhere near that much. And I have never done squats previous to this so all my gains are noob.
@joepritchard4966

NitSUj nah you’re forgetting better technique, wearing a belt, may have been more fresh, may have taken pre workout like there are so many different factors
@nitsuj6801
@nitsuj6801 4 жыл бұрын
Joe Pritchard this answer is killing me😂 better technique would actually make is squat worse short term because you need to get use to the form and what it feels like. A belt doesn’t do much difference, he wouldn’t even really need it on a squat. Max 10 kg on a squat. Pre workout isn’t going to determine whether you hit that’s pr or not. He could of had all the equipment like sleeves, belts, chalk, smelling salts, pre workout, hype music and still wouldn’t hit a pr like that in a month

Amazing and inspiring transformation! Proper diet and training can do miracles, if you do them the right way. It's not 70% diet and 30% training, it's 100% dedication to both. I train at home cause gyms are closed in my town. The meal plan I'm following is from Dietarize. I lost 5lbs in 4 weeks (mostly fat, but some water for sure). I like its flexibility and simplicity. I'm considering hiring a personal trainer in the future, but fot now dietarize does really good job and it is a lot cheaper 😀

Seems susp but the guy is skinny, 61kg at like 5 foot 9 and clearly worked out before his body was begging him to go up to around 65kg. Really the only suspicious part of the video is the beginning as opposed to the end. That bench was clean af at the end. Squat maybe he didn't properly do it on the first day. OHP 5kg in your first month.

It's almost 10 kg (I was so skinny btw) people always bullied me for being so skinny but now I atleast fit in my clothes . Iam not stopping , I still have a long way to go I will gain muscle and will update you guys in about 1 year i.e. June 13 2021 . Wish me luck

Amazing and inspiring transformation! Proper diet and training can do miracles if you do them the right 's not 70% diet and 30% training, it's 100% dedication to train at home cause gyms are closed in my meal plan I'm following is from Agoge lost 5lbs in 4 weeks (mostly fat, but some water for sure).I like its flexibility and 'm considering hiring a personal trainer in the future, but for now, Agoge Diet does a really good job and it is a lot cheaper 😀
