So you’re telling me he added almost 90 pounds to his squat in 12 training sessions throughout one month? Idk about that dude, has he trained before or what? @FrigginHeavilyTheBoy4 жыл бұрын
Yeah idk either
@nitsuj68014 жыл бұрын
Yeah like the bench is believable. But 40 kg on a squat is so unrealistic even with newbie gains. Like maybe 100 kg max but 120kg is stupid. Probably isn’t a one month time frame
@Goldilocks7O74 жыл бұрын
NitSUj that’s what I was thinking, either they faked the starting weight and he could actually squat more than 80kg, or he trained for a lot longer than one month. I train legs hard, twice a week for the last 2 months and my squat has not improved anywhere near that much. And I have never done squats previous to this so all my gains are noob.
@joepritchard49664 жыл бұрын
NitSUj nah you’re forgetting better technique, wearing a belt, may have been more fresh, may have taken pre workout like there are so many different factors
@nitsuj68014 жыл бұрын
Joe Pritchard this answer is killing me😂 better technique would actually make is squat worse short term because you need to get use to the form and what it feels like. A belt doesn’t do much difference, he wouldn’t even really need it on a squat. Max 10 kg on a squat. Pre workout isn’t going to determine whether you hit that’s pr or not. He could of had all the equipment like sleeves, belts, chalk, smelling salts, pre workout, hype music and still wouldn’t hit a pr like that in a month

Amazing and inspiring transformation! Proper diet and training can do miracles, if you do them the right way. It's not 70% diet and 30% training, it's 100% dedication to both. Amazing and inspiring transformation! Proper diet and training can do miracles if you do them the right 's not 70% diet and 30% training, it's 100% dedication to train at home cause gyms are closed in my meal plan I'm following is from Agoge lost 5lbs in 4 weeks (mostly fat, but some water for sure).I like its flexibility and 'm considering hiring a personal trainer in the future, but for now, Agoge Diet does a really good job and it is a lot cheaper 😀

@@greninjaplayz6833 he made huge strength gainz, that's the 'suspicious' part. He was very small, to have that level of strength as a skinny noobie lifter and to progress that quickly...
