It's only 27 episodes in. In shows like lost we knew absolutely nothing 27 episodes in.

This isn’t slow at all actually. The first two seasons were giving us questions and now the characters are finally TRYING to figure stuff out and talking to each other which means answers are coming guaranteed but they aren’t jsut going to give them immediately we’re experiencing this in the view of the characters so we learn as they learn and if you still don’t like that then watch something else
