Fear is stalking the residents of a tiny village in the Eastern Cape where 11 elderly members of the Zingqolweni community in Cacadu have, in the space of a year, been found dead in their homes. Believed to be the work of the same murderer using the same modus operandi, Carte Blanche confronts the South African Police Service on why its investigation seems to have stalled. Meanwhile, vulnerable residents are left to protect one another as a violent killer stalks them under the cover of darkness.

I love this lady not sugar coating asking real good questions reminding me of Deborah from 3rd degree. Its mainly older ladies knowing EC the guy probably has vendetta against older people who he believes or allegedly witches. His probably in his 30's about 1.7m tall there must be a man in every house hold especially those who in 60+.

I feel empathy for this community. They are going through so much, the fear they must be living in... I can only imagine. I really hope this killer gets arrested and that they throw away the key, because this is no way for the people of such a small town to live. Small town people are good people and they deserve to be protected. Please SAPS, go and find this deranged killer.
