And here I was, trying to apply a Corrie ten Boom quote I read recently: "Insight is an opportunity for intercession, not for criticism." *sigh* "He who began a good work in [me] will be faithful to complete it." Signed, The Poster Girl for "CHRISTIANS ARE NOT PERFECT -- JUST, FORGIVEN." Thank you, again, for a worthwhile interview.

#1 -- EXCELLENT choice of guests. The Shultses have much wisdom and encouragement in the faith to share and their theology is Biblically sound. #2 -- Some production suggestions: 1) This wasn't live. Stop and adjust the microphones so the audience can HEAR clearly. (If it was live, then, do a sound check before airtime). 2) If the host was doing this alone, end that practice and HAVE SOMEONE MONITORING SOUND, etc.. 3) The host CLEARLY had not read Nerves of Steel. Thus, his questions were uninformed which made it hard on the guest -- the guests had to answer OVERLY BROAD questions. They were filling in details that the host could have quickly, efficiently, summarized. The host's job is to HELP the guest communicate their story/wisdom. This host was LAZY at prep/research. Sorry to speak so sharply, I should have counted to 1,000 first, but, I, too, am lazy -- too lazy to put off writing and come back to this. My irritation was mostly out of my disappointment at the big gap between what this interview COULD have been and what it was. What a WASTE of such fine guests. 😔 EDIT: Correction -- not a COMPLETE waste. In spite of the inept questions and often unhelpful/time-wasting host remarks, THE INTERVIEW WAS FULL OF GOLD. So, thank you!

Hi @janicemoore30! Really appreciate your insight and critiques! We definitely are learning as we go, and any advice on production is welcome -- no matter how intensely it is delivered. :)
