For a thousand years, Russia has waged four types of wars: First - wars against countries that raided for slaves. Second - wars with neighboring empires like the Swedish, Ottoman and Japanese for access to the seas. Third - wars with Western invading armies. Fourth - wars against separatists and rebels on their own territory. As a result, the level of mastery in land wars turned out to be such that, in fact, Russia is the only country on the planet that the West could not conquer or control. Hence the fierce hatred and envy that is broadcast in such videos. In addition, Russians have never been racists, like most Western countries, which gives an example of a different coexistence on the planet, not to mention the attempt to create a more just world order undertaken within the framework of building socialism. All this puts the West in an extremely unfavorable light. Western media and historians have no choice but to throw mud at Russia in impotent rage.

@@abissuminvocat OMG, first of all Russia never vaged any wars in their whole history ask any Russian. On contrary Russia was either defending itself or liberate territories. So either was provoked or act as a liberator. Secondly, Russia has never had or have any colonies. Whole Bolshaya Russiya in its history acquired all territories ( with no Russian population ) in the east by being a liberator. Please give us a break. Everyone envy and envied Russia that's a reason Russians suffered so much in its whole history. As my Georgian friend said. Russians suffered a lot in its history but we Georgians rather not to be part of that suffering. Ukraine don't want to be part of that suffering as well.

In November 1917, after the Provisional Government, which advocated Russia's continued participation in World War I, was overthrown, the Bolsheviks turned to the Western allies with a proposal to conclude a "peace without annexations and indemnities" with the enemy. Having agreed on a ceasefire, the parties sent their delegates to Brest-Litovsk, where peace discussions began on December 22. On February 9, 1918, the Central Powers signed peace in Brest with the Ukrainian People's Republic, which was formed in the summer of 1917 in half of modern Ukraine with its capital in Kiev. The next day, the German side issued an ultimatum to Russia to immediately accept its demands. Under the terms of the Brest Peace, the RSFSR undertook: not to claim the Baltic States and part of Belarus; to withdraw troops from Finland and Ukraine, to recognize the Ukrainian People's Republic as an independent state (its leadership in February appealed to Germany and Austria-Hungary with a request for military assistance). In response, the People's Commissar for Foreign Affairs, Lev Trotsky, who joined the negotiations, put forward the formula "neither peace nor war": "We stop the war, we demobilize the army, but we do not sign peace." On February 18, as part of Operation Faustschlag, German and Austro-Hungarian troops launched a large-scale offensive from the Baltic to the Black Sea. On March 3, 1918, a peace treaty was signed in the city of Brest-Litovsk between Soviet Russia and the Central Powers: Germany, Austria-Hungary, Bulgaria and the Ottoman Empire. The Bolsheviks, in turn, considered the Brest peace a temporary measure. On November 13, 1918, on the first day of the beginning of the November 1918 Revolution in Germany, it was annulled by the decision of the All-Russian Central Executive Committee of Russia. In 1918, from January 12, 1918 to May 20, 1922, the countries of the Entente and the Central Powers (the Quadruple Alliance) carried out military intervention in the Russian Civil War (1917-1922/23) on the side of the White Movement. In total, the troops of 14 states and their colonies took part in the intervention: Great Britain - Murmansk, Arkhangelsk, the Baltic Sea, Revel, Narva, Sevastopol, Novorossiysk, Yekaterinograd, Tsaritsyn, Novorossiysk, the Black and Caspian Seas, Baku, Batumi, then Krasnovodsk, Petrovsk, Shusha, Julfa, Erivan, Kars and Gagry, Vladivostok, as well as the British colonies: Australia - Arkhangelsk, Murmansk. Canada - Arkhangelsk, Murmansk, Siberia, India - Transcaucasia. USA - Arkhangelsk, Murmansk, Siberia (Transsib in the sections from Mysovsk to Verkhneudinsk and from Iman to Vladivostok. France - Arkhangelsk, Odessa, Kherson, Sevastopol, Siberia (Siberian colonial infantry battalion and Siberian battery of colonial artillery), as well as colonial French troops in Odessa - 4th African Cavalry Regiment, regiment of native riflemen, regiment of Algerian riflemen, battalion of Algerian riflemen, Indochina battalion; in Sevastopol - battalion of Senegalese riflemen. Italy - Murmansk, Siberia and the Far East (Irkutsk, Krasnoyarsk). Greece - Odessa. Romania - occupation of Bessarabia. Poland - Murmansk, (the Soviet-Polish war of 1919-1920, the Polish army, the underground "Polish military organization"). Japan - Vladivostok, the section of the Trans-Siberian railway from Verkhneudinsk to Khabarovsk and Iman, Sakhalin, Blagoveshchensk-on-Amur. China did not actively participate in the intervention, the Far East, Transbaikalia, Arkhangelsk and Murmansk. As well as the Serbian battalion, the Finnish Karelian Legion (Karelian Regiment) and the Finnish Murmansk Legion and the Danish Volunteer battalion. After the defeat of the troops of the White Guard generals Denikin, Wrangel, Krasnov, Yudenich and Kolchak, as well as the troops of the Rebel Army of Ataman Makhno and the troops of the Ukrainian People's Republic Ataman Petlyura, they were all expelled from Russia in 1920. Russia paid a huge price for withdrawing from the First World War - the territories of Ukraine, the Baltic States, and parts of Belarus with an area of up to a million square kilometers with a population of over 56 million people and enormous industrial potential were lost, which were returned to the USSR 25 years later according to the Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact of 1938 and the results of victory in World War II.

Stalin is the most beloved leader of his people in that time period, he ensured the transition to a strong industrialised state in just ten years, something that developed European states achieved in a hundred years of development. Stalin won the second world war. The famine was the result of drought and urbanisation. In many cases rural populations hid their grain underground rendering it unusable and eventually poisoning the population of their communities. There was no "Holodomor" policy for Ukrainians, there was famine throughout Russia and abroad.

@@vladimir.Shorty.M. Gross domestic product (GDP) grew by 80%. The state external debt has decreased by 2 times. International reserves increased 42 times to 549 billion dollars (as of December 20, 2019). Federal budget revenues increased 17.6 times to 20.6 trillion rubles. Annual inflation fell from 20.2% to 3% (from November 2018 to November 2019). Industrial production increased by 60%. The manufacturing industry grew by 70%. Exports of agro-industrial products increased 19-fold to $25 billion. Grain exports increased 40 times and reached 50 million tons. The real amount of wages has increased 3.5 times. By the way, these are numbers that break down any manipulation. That is, the manipulator will tell you that only Putin's friends have become better off in Russia. But, no! This is a real increase in wages for the entire population, i.e. taking into account inflation and all other factors. Unemployment fell 2.3 times to 4.6%.

Main reason, thanks to USSR (Russian) victory in WW2. Russia lost 27 million, US rebuilt its economy due to war in Europe, then as a victor of WW2 US got control over Western Europe and due to fall of USSR, US got control over Eastern Europe and Russia too. Then Putin apphere and of nowhere and it all start to change
