Stuart Clark was in top form and drew high praise from Bill Lawry against India in the 2007 Boxing Day Test, taking 4-28 (15), his best Test figures in Australia

what chances? You're talking like he was some random bowler. He was one of the best bowlers in the team in the 2006 ashes he got more wickets than lee, mcgrath and warne! He stopped playing because of injuries not because he was dropped. Otherwise he wouldve been one of the best ever

Unfortunately he was plagued with injuries in the latter half of his career (spent the first half mostly in Sheffield Shield, Australia's first class match tournament) and couldn't bounce back. He's a good commentator on ABC radio though, when there's cricket during the Australian summer.

Appeal, umpire says not out, people sigh and get on with the next ball. So much smoother for the game than a DRS conference after each LBW with drinks and masseuse coming on the field while the review process plays out. I get the accuracy of result argument, but in the big picture it works out fair for all sides if you just take the umpire's word for it. Good example for the kids too.

Gavaskar, Vijay Hazare, Vishwanath, Dravid, Tendulkar, Azharuddin in past and Pujara in present are the only technically sound batsman. Other famous batsman from India always struggled against bowling of high quality
@bayek1802 Жыл бұрын
Pujara forgets how to score runs when playing in Sena countries other than australia. Laxman, Kohli, to some extent Ganguly, were also technically sound.
@roys3580 Жыл бұрын
The first wicket, 2 not outs, the 3rd appeal, umpire thinks 'Ok then, I'll give this one out'. Stuart Clark co-commentates on Australian radio and I think he sounds like Richie Benaud.

Ya that's before Sydney , dravid gets out on 3rd shout , yuvraj doesn't move even when he nicks .......I think complacent attitude towards "outside" forces has been a theme in indian cricket , of what we could've been than what we are.

No views but 10 likes? Is KZbin mad?
@surendarvijay25203 жыл бұрын
KZbin algorithms count views a little late. Because a large number of people watch it at once but not so for likes. There’s also an uncertainty in whether a person just clicked the link and moved to another video or whether user actually viewed it, so algorithm registers views after a while.
