I fell upon your video this evening here in Northern Colorado. I have a board out with Fromager d'Affinios, Mediterranean baked crackers, Boars Head Pepperoni, red pepper stuffed olives and a bottle of George Dubceuf Beaujolais-Village. As well as Jill Barber, the French-Canadian singer-songwriter on Vinyl. Thank you for the info. Prior I was not eating the crust. Merci beaucoup!

There is no short i (like in “it”) in French. Da-fee-nwa, not da-fih-nwa.

Bought a wedge of this from my local grocer. It smelled like rotten milk. So disappointing.

That sounds like a problem with the local grocer. Cuz this cheese not smell nor taste like that.
