I have W210 1999 E320.. does it have brake pad sensor? I hear rough sound when I brake but I don’t see any warning on the dashboard..how to tell whether the brake pads are worn or not yet?

Hi ! Just remove one front wheel and see if there is any sensor on the pads . The " breaking material " is separated from the metal plate so that should tell if it's worn out.
