And you must always ask for feedbacks at checkout time!!! That's very important as it always help you know your good or bad.. If guest had a pleasant stay then guest will definitely recomend your hotel to others also but if guest faced any issues during stay then you must try and know the problem guest faced. And then you must sincerely apologize and ask the concerned department manager to meet. That will always help as guest will get to know that front desk is concerned.

the trainer itself should learn the etiquette of front office. She seems so rude with the participants. If she adapts the points (which are awesome) that she is telling them, they will learn from the leader. Sad to see her sterness.
