And if the bike is getting on a bit, sometimes the sprocket sticks on, too!

Seems like an issue on the Ninja 400 as well. What did you do to take it off?

I used a Dremel in the end and cut into the nut then just spun it off with the windy gun. It's the washer underneath that helps it really lock on I think.

How did you prevent cutting into the threads? Thanks!@@martyshep99

Yeah Kwaka forums are full of people saying how the heck do you get it off! Original Nut and Washer £12 from Wemoto... It wouldn't surprise me if Kwak dealer uses new Nut and Washer each time, I bet they don't even try to undo it, just crack it off. I suspect the design of the Nut and Washer folds into itself literally making it so tight.

@@martyshep99 Strange why it's so tight. Hope you get it sorted.

I'm working on mine right now as well and I have an impact with high foot pound rating huge breaker bar and it's literally lifting the back end of the bike off the ground
