Front suspension inspection on 2013 G63 after taking it to an alignment shop

I had death wobble on mine and changed the steering damper. Loved the video it's nice seeing other examples of what the car should look like. Helps me to diagnose my own. Not much other g63 content out there. That shop probably saw a g wagon and thought $$$$$$ to be made.

Thank you for making these videos. I just picked up a 124,000 mile ml63 AMG and will be doing very similar items to you. It’s great to see people who keep these higher mileage beasts running and want to take care of them

Try checking the hood rubber stopper, if is not level both (left and right) the hood does a clunk sound. I have a 2014 G63 and after months of clunking sound, it was as easy as leveling both. no more clunk (Hood rubber stopper or hood tensioner, I don't know how its called. is like a screw with 2 nuts on both sides of the hood just where the turn signals are.)

Thanks I will check it. The clunk was coming from the suspension. It ended up being the drag link was a little worn out. I took it to a different alignment shop and after replacing the drag link they were able to align it no problem
