The Project was with Eric Woolfson (who made this song famous with HIS lead vocals) and the Project died with Woolfson. Alan Parsons didn’t tour with the Project’s music until well after Woolfson was gone. It’s Alan Parsons, it’s wonderful music, but it ain’t the Project. And there’s no replacing Eric Woolfson.

I was born in 1974. So, I was baby or a kid when all this great music came out. I'm almost fifty now, and I get to rediscover it all! It started about ten years ago when I was in a used CD shop and picked up a copy of Cyndi Lauper's She's So Unusual, for no other reason than sh@ts and giggles. I fell in love with it. My favorite track is All Through the Night. I've seen some footage of her, and her voice is fantastic. Now I'm on a mission to track down as many of the great songs, albums and artists as I can. I love Alan Parsons's Games People Play.

I actually interviewed Mr. Parsons during the Bulls big run. I asked him what he thought about the team using his song, he asked what do you mean? I explained, and he said he had no idea that the song was being used by Chicago and that he has a few phone calls to make after he gets done talking to me. No doubt he got a fat check. Also, I am glad that they didn't have to stop using the song and that there wasn't a controversy around it, thanks to my very informative interview.

I don’t think they toured back in the early days because I went to a lot of concerts and I never saw them. I’m really happy that they’re doing it now and maybe they will come to my city so I can finally see them, how cool would that be! Their music is fantastic.

I'm a Good Ole Southern Boy. I began listening to Alan Parsons Project, when Ammonia Avenue came out. A couple months ago I stumbled upon the original video. Where Eric Woolfson sang "The Games People Play". It's my belief that more people need to read the lyrics. Then apply them to our society and government. As for the music, Alan and Eric were competing with E.L.O, the Moody Blues, and Emerson, Lake and Palmer. The only musician doing anything even close. Is Brian Setzer and his personal Orchestra 🤔. At age of 63yo he composes the music for the whole orchestra. He plays his Gretsch hollow body and sings, while the orchestra backs him .
