Only for raid support if your raid doesn't have a draenei in each group already. Otherwise you want to get the bonus expertise from humans/dwarves, because other than the 1% group wide hit buff draenei provide no dmg boosting racials.

4p not needed on fdk - you are never RP starved to where generating a bit more through the 4p bonus does anything. If you’re going an arp set no point to not use aged winter, raz legs, zelieks, 2x SC instead of what you have for ~300 static arp Or ~900 with GT proc

I'm a bit confused about expertise for pre-bis. Is it really worth taking these agi pieces and/or gemming expertise over str to reach 26 early on? Expertise is hard to come by pre-raid, especially if you don't have an expertise racial. I'm playing troll, and with this recommended setup i would need to replace 3 gems with expertise in order to hit cap. Including the agi/exp gear (belt, ring) and gems, I'm losing like ~150 strength from alternatives in order to hit expertise cap. Is there a point where you have "enough" expertise (below 26), where it's better to just opt for str?

might be a silly question, but how come that a blood DK seeks defensive stats while Frost prefers offensive stats on gear? doesnt it make Frost Dk feel more squishy despite the higher dmg output?

Question: (anyone feel free to give their input) Draenei or human for best DK race? Most everything I’ve seen says Draenei for Heroic presence. But human Mace and sword specialization is nice and the 3 expertise. I’m leaning towards Draenei, but still trying to think what will be more viable. Obviously early game I’d think human. But end game Draenei send the safer bet. Thanks all!

If you’re certain that you’ll have a Draenei in your party during all guild raids then there’s no point in playing it. Human will just be a free dps gain for you. However, if your guild needs more Draenei then maybe go with that. Just depends on your surrounding cast

If you havent figured it out yet, its because dk abilties only scale on attack power, not spell power. Spell power is a useless stat for dk now. The attack power is used on the spell abilities but just for dk

(PRE-BIS 'Q') Do i really need to get Titansteel Bonecrusher and Krol Cleaver or should stay with two Reaper of Dark Souls, because im playin in warmane and im seeing a lot of dk's rolling with these two dark soul swords.. i mean the gold its not a problem but still i wanted to ask if it will boost my dps overall.. No the armor bonus didnt appear before Cata or Mists. Along with Mastery, if I remember correctly.
