Ohhhh my fuuuuuck, for the longest time I for some reason thought this song was by Imogen Heap and when I searched for it I couldn't find it, I'm soooo happy. There's a better version of this on Spotify as well, for some reason I can only find live on here which isn't that bad, but I like the recording better.

Winster Chesty Well, as others have said, this is indeed Imogen Heap. Frou Frou was a project Immi made between her first two albums, I Megaphone (1998) and Speak For Yourself (2005), with Guy Sigsworth. Frou Frou's only album, Details was released in 2002.
