Hi Dr.Morris. I really enjoy watching all your videos that you have shared ,it’s all informative and helpful . I’m one of the patient that undergo for IVF treatment , our first IVF unfortunately was failed.it was very devastating , felt hopeless for both my husband and I. Our fertility Dr. said that if we do second try will go for an egg donor as this is best option because of my age, Do we have to do the genetic testing and all that? I’m already 42 now, how many chances or success rate if we proceed with this suggestion? Dr. Morris , If we go through this second try of IVF, this will be our last try because to be honest it’s stressful and very expensive . Hi, today I had a lining check scan, day 11 of estrogen, the endometrium has a 3pattern lining, no free fluid, BUT the top of the endometrium measures 15mm and the rest 8.4mm, I have never had this before, my clinic still wants to transfer but I am very sceptical.....do you have advice? Your success rates are just excellent, If I lived in the US I would be a patient......

It is an interesting data however i found that in my case i was affected by the dose of the estrogen given to me..it means that when i took 2 2 2 estrabet my lining was matured on 10 th day of the cycle however when i was given 2 2 2 initally from 2 nd day of cycle and then it was increased to 3 3 3 my lining was matured at a later time in the cycle. I hope that you could provide some insights about the dose of estrogen too in an ivf cycle

Thank you for the nice video however what about the doses of estrogen? I mean i never had problem of thickness of lining but when my doctor gives me incorrect dose or rather more than required the lining remained thin which is unusual for me. In the next cycle i have the correct dose and it came out perfect. I hope you could make a video on these aspects

Hello doctor, Which day of cycle is the ET Trail done? As in which doctor puts catheter to see route to uterus. To see if route is smooth or there is any thing that can hinder actual transfer. So that there is no problem during actual transfer.

Good day Doc, Is it true that the cause of Erythema Nodosum is a high estrogen level during pregnancy. I am currently experiencing it on my 4th month of pregnancy, it was so painful in my legs. Sometimes got fever too. Is there any drug which can help me but definitely safe for my unborn child? Thank you so much.

There are several forms of Erythema Nodosum. One type seems to be associated with pregnancy though whether it is due to estrogen or something else is not certain. Bed rest and compression stockings can help manage pain and other symptoms.

Eggs can be frozen before sperm is added and kept outside the body indefinitely. A fertilized egg (embryo) can be cultured in the laboratory for 5-7 days currently .
