Super helpful! I went in many months ago with a little pain in my arm that wasn’t going away. My chiro gave me some shoulder strengthening exercises, still didn’t go away. He sent me to my doc for an mri which showed a subscapularis tear and bicep tendosinovitos(spelling). Went to PT for a month, got worse with more pain and less ROM. I back to my doc bc of pain and ask for cortisone shot at which point he told me I now have frozen shoulder!! He gave me the shot and it’s finally kicking in 2 days later! He also gave me a bunch of stretches to go over with the PT. Worst thing he said was that it could take 2 years to heal!!!!!’ In my case it definitely is something that has gradually progressed. They’re was no dramatic accident that caused the initial pain or tear. So I’ve been super perplexed about this whole thisngand just need to figure out the best and fasted way to heal, for my sanity and health! Thanks!

I have had ultrasound confirmation of nearly complete tear of tendon, and impingement in left ,and high grade tears in my right shoulder caused by a fall 4 months ago, surgeon won't repair as he says the pain I experience along with restricted movement he thinks is frozen shoulder!End result of this $400 au visit, was referring me to have cortisone injections and physio. I am so very unhappy with his care and not sure what to do. I am an active thin 62 year old and no arthritis is present in my shoulders.
