Lockdown suru hone k baad gharme band ho gay thi.One week k baad mujhe Thora Thora soldiers pain suru hone Laga.khuch din baad o pain itna baad gya ki so v Nehi pati or neck k v hila Nehi pati thi. Lockdown k bajase doctors ki bohot problem thi.itna pain hotatha ki me roti thi. Mentally v me weak hone lagi thi.mujhe khuchh samajh Nehi aa Rahi thi k me kya Karu .meri family v bohot tension me par gay the.Fir Mene KZbin dekhna suru kya.Bohot se videos dekhi but ek aap ki videos me puri tarha meri problems Ko details me tha.To aap ne jaise jaise kaha Mene oi se exarcise karna suru kaar dia or thik kya aagar me thik ho gay to aap Ko thank you jorur bolungi.Mujhe yakin Nehi thi k me thik ho paungi but do din me results dikhne lage jaise aapne kaha.Ab 14 din ho gay ,sir sach me mujhe or kohi pain Nehi hai. Itna bara sms dekh kaar aap samajh chuke honge k kitni Shanti Mili.Aap o doctor ho jo patients ki Dard Ko mehesus kaar sakte ho.You are great. Thank you very much sir.

Of all the videos I saw for some relief from this pain & restricted mobility , yours is the only 1 which I find doable . I was horriified after watching many vedios where the affected hand was treated in an awfully rough way ! Thank you & hoping to get well with the exercises you taught. I am having pain & immobility due to low level of calcium , as shown by the x- ray done under our family Dr's advice. --- Preethi

Hy sir, I had in My right hand shoulder facture and same proximal humerus surgery done by doctor in my right hand shoulder and total days spend around something 5 weeks up but till my hand not properly raise same as normal pl suggest me for the same.
