Well said iam ra patient. 64age. Some drs says operation need for right shoulder. After one year your hand is not working. And both right and left knee also do operation. Some Dr says dt do opration. Do exercise and take tablets. If you do opration originality not come you are damaged your moments also. I want suggestion sir my fingers are also closed

I've been suffering with bursitis and tendinitis for over a year, on my right shoulder. I didn't take it seriously earlier and now I can't carry anything and mobility is very restricted. I can't move my arm to the back or raise it straight up and to the side. I went for physio but it didn't help, then got cortisone injection. That's no good either. Please advise Thank you

Sir, cervical patient weight reduce ke liye gym 🏋🚴💪🏋🚴💪 ja sakte hai ya should be avoided. Please suggest I m suffering from cervical since long time. I am just 28 years. Just started gym but having much pain in whole of the body parts acute pain in joints also. Stiffness in neck, swelling in back neck always.

Hello sir Since so many years i facing a kot of pain in my neck, hand, elbow, wrist Orthos surgeon said elbow slit i have . I cont do any work like i cont lift the heavy things, I cont wash utensils. Incont sweep, Some. Tim es i am unable to eat food. Now my hand is in sensitive condition. Pls help.me sir Simpl excercise i cont even do hand excercise. dear sir, 1 week phle m koi saman uthane k liye niche jhuka mere left shoulder me jhtka aa gya or uske baad pain suru ho gya.. ab shoulder ki exercises b kr leta hu m pr. kbhi kbhi ek angle pr shoulder me pain ho jata h or shoulder vhi ruk jata h kuch time k liye.. fir normal ho jata h 2-3 min. me, vaise sari movements ho rhi h easily
