As a car nut, I loved those opening frames. An eclectic collection indeed. The trio of British Triumph Mayflowers, a car that looked like the middle section had been removed from a regular sized sedan and the ends joined together 😂. A Porsche 914 and a checker cab limousine. Some of the other images worked nicely with the snow. Great shooting, Dave 📷.

These are nice. Love nature. It sems you have alot of abandon places in your areas. I wish they would be made into theatres and art centers and art galleries. Actor Patrick Wilson is restoring all the old movie theatres in my area.

I do have a fair amount of abandoned places within about an hour and a half of where I live. Cool to hear about the restoration projects of the theatres near you.

I’m a big fan of Fomapan/Arista for cheap BW. A lot of people dig Kentmere too. Inexpensive color film is definitely harder to come by, for sure.

Great combination of film/camera/conditions -- it's great to actually *see* snow instead of it just being totally white. Were those first cars old London cabs?

Ehhhh Facebook lol. Ill watch you post your results here :). Also I am not much into black and white and if I did something like this I would have to almost def go black and white because I could mix up small amounts of chems to dev the black and white unlike the color chems I use they degrade over time and would cost me lots of wasted chemicals. But I enjoy watching your videos and seeing your photos :).

Yes, I mix up a small batch of HC-110 for each developing session - works well.

Dave - I just looked at eBay. First camera ending was a Canon point and shoot. 35 seconds and no bids at £10. ✔️ 4 rolls of Kentmere 400 36exp for £16 inc mail with a coupon. That’s the cheapest I can do!

i have that yn 50 in a nikon mount. not a bad piece of glass. don't buy the 35. I'd have a hard time doing that challenge. 20 years of ebay makes it a challenge to chose only one.
