What about taking into account that sacrificing 1/3rd of your yield allows you to harvest twice as often, so harvesting in the first growth phase actually increases your yield by 1/3 over the same amount of time compared to second phase. Then you have to consider if the play time of harvesting twice is worth it for 1/3rd more yield compared to just fast forwarding to the next phase. I would have to say that first phase harvesting nets you more yield per in game time, however second phase would deliver more compared to play time thanks to the fast forward ability

Could you test if the manure mod also increase the yield.

I don't think you've mentioned it, but are you gonna test if fertilizing grass on easy (1 stage fertilizing) does anything since it reverts to the first stage of fertilization after harvest? I'll never play on easy but it'd be good to have a definitive answer for the forums.

I'm gonna sound like a massive noob but what is courseplay? Guessing it's not available for xb1. Sucks that my gaming pc is now to old for fs.

Course play would be awesome to get on console, but I'd be happy with just getting the GPS mod I've seen on FS15 it is probably here too
