Maybe it's sort of off-top, but am I right in thinking that Ianto's Welsh accent isn't very strong? Gwen's, for example, is much stronger as I hear it. English is not my native language so I am not very good at hearing and understanding accents, but I am trying my best. I just realized that I didn't hear those super-specific features of Welsh accent (like intonation going up and down or very long vowels) in his speech, so it made me wonder. Am I right or it's just me who can't hear? Btw, if it's true, it makes sense, because Ianto spent three years in London, so it would be logical if his pronounce has changed.
