Shit for reals !!! Whoever says that they workout legs and are able to walk out of the gym with no problem, then they really didnt workout legs. After I'm done with my leg workout I usually sit down on one of the machines that arent being used and or lay down on the ground for at least 10 to 15 minutes !!! Then I start to work my way out of the gym with my old man walk which will usually take me about 5 to 7 minutes to get to my car. After that I take another 15 minutes rest in my car before I'm actually able to drive !!! Thats a real leg workout

My buddy and I did this workout last week and it blew our legs out. We are not body builders. We workout 4 to 6 times a week. We used 3 plates on leg press, 10lbs walking lunges, and 50lbs on extensions. The only thing we modified was the walking lunges we 14 steps each time. 200 press, 200 extensions, and 140 lunges. It took us 36 minutes to finish. Wow it was a crazy workout. Can't wait to do it again. Thank you for the video!

Tygue Gomez Of course, that's not a training for natural people, there is too much stress on the body, if you do this you will not be able to recover well for your next leg day and you're probably gonna hurt your knees. But anyway, Jeremy is one of the best physic on the entire planet. My personal reflection :)

FantastICO ive been natural for over forty years and im like arnold, not happy if I DONT puke on leg days. Being natural has nothing to do with puking or not, its how intense your workout is. I would not recommend advanced techniques to anyone until theyve had 2-3 years solid training first. Takes at least that long to build a good foundation and learn proper techniques and mind-muscle connections first. Dont use being natural as an excuse not to different intensities, techniques, rep schemes, slow concentrics/eccentrics. Always keep the muscles guessing....natural or not!
