for those who complain about the grunting I honestly say for myself that grunting helps me ignore the burning pain and helps me push harder past that burn. it does help alot the grunting.

It helps a lot. Just don't do it too loudly when you're in a public gym. It greatly helps to push more reps and exceed your limits.

Everyone complaining about grunting and stuff, i wonder no one is noticing the chemistry between the trainer and the athlete. It is bloody amazing. Look at the hard work going into it rather than comparing it with gay porn.

I tried FST-7 for the chest, i was on the borderline of puking after i was done i barely held it back. This workout is no joke its brutal

100% agree about listening to your body, when I was 26 I felt tired, pushed myself to go heavy on DB shoulder press and separated my shoulder, took 9 months to recover.

Guys, I think every bodybuilder grunts. And lets take the good thing from the video. As a trainer Hany is motivating and has great knowledge about what he is doing. Really liked the combinations and the technique, it really kept my muscles soar for couple of days. Great going Hany!!

Grunting isn't what bothers me. It's when people hiss loudly like a truck releasing its air breaks on every rep is what's annoying. Tsss.. tssss.. Or people who need three sets of dumbbells.Or those who sit at the bench or whatever, on their phones texting or looking at Facebook for 30 minutes after a quick 4 rep workout with light weight.And of course; those who don't put the weights back!!

This is a routine, not a program. There is no progression, its just high volume with a long isolation burnout at the end. A natural lifter would gain more with higher frequency and more compounds.
