for those who complain about the grunting I honestly say for myself that grunting helps me ignore the burning pain and helps me push harder past that burn. it does help alot the grunting.

It helps a lot. Just don't do it too loudly when you're in a public gym. It greatly helps to push more reps and exceed your limits.

Grunting isn't what bothers me. It's when people hiss loudly like a truck releasing its air breaks on every rep is what's annoying. Tsss.. tssss.. Or people who need three sets of dumbbells.Or those who sit at the bench or whatever, on their phones texting or looking at Facebook for 30 minutes after a quick 4 rep workout with light weight.And of course; those who don't put the weights back!!

This is a routine, not a program. There is no progression, its just high volume with a long isolation burnout at the end. A natural lifter would gain more with higher frequency and more compounds.
