Pulling Pye’s arm to come to PR is like offering my dog a banana. 😂 My guess is the per image model is best for people wanting to try it out or super seasonal/part time photographers who don’t always have consistent work. Competition fun. But A I sending to the cloud, is that code for training the algo on your images? The Pye look, the Patrick look, the Ansel look. The forums are filled with anxiety ridden photographers that have their mojo taken from them by A I. If A I is convenient, you are the product. Harvested for your mojo, like men on mars for jokes and sea man.
@FStoppers10 ай бұрын
Pye can address this but the fact that you are paying for the service suggests to me you aren’t the product but rather still the customer. The reality is if another Ai algorithm wants to use your images to create images that look exactly like yours, nothing is stopping them from scrubbing your website and instagram. The Impossible Things servers aren’t your worry. -P
@erbterb10 ай бұрын
@@FStoppers That is how they get you. Pay to be harvested is the ultimate marketing strategy. Gym membership, pay for your physical labour. Now send data to A I and get replaced. Spend the rest of your days at the beach while A I model brenda poses for A I photographer Don, while art director AI Mendez sends his campaign to automated campaign, watched by bots which gathers the inputs into a purchase basket which your AI manager approves. The clothes are sent to the beach and there you are. All taken care of. No worries, no work, no purpose. Just Zen like consumerism and empty poses.

Are you suggesting Planet Fitness is harvesting all the energy put into their treadmills and stair climbers and selling it for profit? -P
@erbterb10 ай бұрын
@@FStoppers what are they doing that? You must know more about the conspiracy than I do. I am suggesting a gym membership is the equivalent of paying to work. A fast paced shift harvesting cucumbers in a greenhouse however, now we are talking. As we say in sweden "plocka kulor, plocka kulor. Sträck och ta i. Looks like a subscription based preset service. Am I missing something? What part of this is the AI doing?
@FStoppers10 ай бұрын
I can let Pye answer but basically it uses a normal preset (can be yours), applies it, and then uses an Ai based network to tweak it more. So if you have images where say the flash doesn’t fire consistently, or your assistant under exposes his shots, or your session goes from overcast to sunny and back and forth, the Ai element of it will correct all of that while preserving the base preset “look” that you want. It’s way more sophisticated than just “auto exposure” in Lightroom. But yes it is a subscription or per image based system. -Patrick
@payamjirsa10 ай бұрын
It's optional, you can use the AI on a per image basis, or unlimited via subscription. The AI will use whatever preset you like, and combine it with basic color grading including exp/wb/base tones/etc.
