I absolutely love using ShadowPlay, its performance impact is non-existent and it's feature to capture the last 10 minutes of material is really useful when playing CS:GO. The only thing I'd like to see them implement is to add more user options, and to output separate Microphone and In-game sound layers like Dxtory does.

Jon - All you need now is Prepar3D V2.4 and your journey to the dark side will be complete! LOL I see your frame counter is yellow, so are you still using FRAPS to count the frames? Shadow has an onscreen frame counter too . It look identical except the digits are green.

Yeah but he wants to show you how many frames he is having at that moment. Shadowplay frame counter just show the frames while you are recording. Regards!

Marco UB Just checked that and you are indeed correct:-) If you have the shadowplay FPS counter on with P3D it is also visible in the playback. Figure that's the difference between emulated and real Full screen.

Steam Edition? Or running Deluxe? I hear the Steam version optimized it a little bit better, but a lot of payware addons haven't been coded to recognize it yet.

You can't there is a limitation to FSX. You can make it seem like fullscreen, but fullscreen recording is out of the question.

aceridgey Under the shadowplay tab in Gforce experince put a check mark in "allow desktop capture"

How does it do at 1080p? Perfectly smooth; no stutter? While the 970 is certainly 4K compatible, it's not really ideal for optimal 4K performance. You would want at least 970 SLI or 980 for that.

***** PMDG and A2A made a clear statement saying that there addons may not be used for FSX steam untill they make a special installer for it so it can be that it works ok but it is illegal.
