It’s insane how some people still try and knock down the 2020 championship 3 years later. It doesn’t matter how much you WANT the chip to not count, it counts regardless. There was a Finals, there was a winner, and they received the trophy, rings and banner to prove it. You don’t have to like it, but you do have to acknowledge it. And whatever reasons, stats, or excuses you have to argue against the bubble can be debunked, rather easily at that.

Like Lebron saying he's the GOAT, or that the Bubble championship was the hardest to win ever. If that's what he believes cool no problem. But to expect all basketball fans around the world to agree with Lebron is just plain crazy. I have Lebron in my top five forwards all time, but I don't expect everyone to have the same opinion. The "Bubble Championship" is the fakest title of all-time. They played half a season and an exhibition tournament out of a Hotel and have the nerve to call that a real championship? The NBA threw together a fake tournament to satisfy their contractual obligations with their sponsors to air a playoffs and championship series. You play half a season, you get half a championship.

Every team was in the same boat. Every team went to Disney . Every team had to compete without a crowd. Why do mfers make it seem like the victors were granted an edge. If I’m not mistaken Lakers even lost Avery Bradley who was definitely in impactful role player defensively. But either way the best team won in an even playing field. No team was given less or more of something. There were plenty of other championships won where with an easier path to the end that I can think of comparatively

WCF - Nuggets (2023 champ) Finals - Heat (2023 eastern champ) People say the silliest stuff just to hate, or read whatever they want to believe. 07 Spurs only had to beat 1 52+ wins team en route 15/17 Warriors 99 Spurs 01 Lakers
@joshuad24
@joshuad24 Жыл бұрын
@@noyce. Lol wow that is not how you measure difficulty of competition bro. You measure difficulty of competition by a teams record or win percentage and their defensive and offensive ratings. But it seems like you don’t really know what rating means. Rating means the teams offensive and defensive rankings that year relative to the rest of the league. You can’t just list players and their individual stats or the teams future accomplishments and say they faced a tough schedule. Those teams records and ratings collectively that year were at historic lows. Not to mention the Heat had key injuries to Bam and Dragic while already being an undersized under dog. So yes the Rockets can have 8 players averaging double digits and still suck, and the Nuggets were young and inexperienced that year they were carried by Murray’s brilliance in the bubble they weren’t a great team yet, then winning in 2023 has no bearing on their record or rating in 2020. And I’m not even hating on the Lakers it’s just a fact. Like the opposite is a fact that the 2010 Lakers had arguably the hardest path to a championship ever idc I’m just stating facts.
