But it seems like you don’t really know what rating means. Rating means the teams offensive and defensive rankings that year relative to the rest of the league. You can’t just list players and their individual stats or the teams future accomplishments and say they faced a tough schedule. Those teams records and ratings collectively that year were at historic lows. Not to mention the Heat had key injuries to Bam and Dragic while already being an undersized under dog. So yes the Rockets can have 8 players averaging double digits and still suck, and the Nuggets were young and inexperienced that year they were carried by Murray’s brilliance in the bubble they weren’t a great team yet, then winning in 2023 has no bearing on their record or rating in 2020. And I’m not even hating on the Lakers it’s just a fact. Like the opposite is a fact that the 2010 Lakers had arguably the hardest path to a championship ever idc I’m just stating facts.
