I did the shift version Sunday afternoon utilizing a kettlebell and inch worms. The workout is a real burner. I spent just under 7 minute in zone 5 and a little less than 5 minutes in zone 4 for a total time of 12min 20 seconds. I went completely unbroken and after I stopped I suddenly felt my thighs and they weren't happy. Whoever programmed this one did a great job. I'll be doing this one again at some point later this year when I want a shorter wo but still a hard wo. Very much in line with the idea of simple but not easy.
