Pakistan is lucky to have an actress like Sanam Saeed. Along with being a great actress, she is stylish, poise and calm, intelligent, and fluent with her words. I've observed many guests that don't answer what they're asked or aren't concise with their answers and instead they either give a lamba jawab or keep changing from Urdu to English and vice versa, but not in this case. I've watched many of her dramas as they've been aired and her choice of dramas have been so diverse. I hope viewers can stop seeing her only as 'Kashaf' and appreciate her other characters. Looking forward to Barzakh and for her future projects.

Sanam Saeed is not just an actor, but a national treasure. People who are here to condemn her for her video for Punjab govt should realise how much advocacy she has done for the safety of women, mental health of men and women, and democracy. Sometimes actors don't have enough options. They have to support the govt to save themselves from harassment and bullying by complying and getting paid. Who doesn't want to be safe and keep their families safe? Everyone of us! I don't know what her rationale for that video was, but I truly trust Sanam. She has always raised voice against fascism. She also spoke out on social media when our votes were being stolen. She also spoke out for Palestine consistently. She also stood against the oppression of women when they were lathi-charged last year in May. Not only this, she has travelled the world to bring opportunities in Pakistan to tackle mental health of men and women. When the Motorway rape incident happened, she worked on a short film called Ab Bas... to highlight how women feel in this country and what we need to do to make them feel safe. Almost all her projects have a very strong social context to highlight the ills of our society and to find solutions for the same. These are just a few conversations. Her work in theatre is a different giant. She is a chameleon on stage. Her show tickets are sold almost immediately as she is one of the best theatre stars in Pakistan. So before we judge her for one video, please do not nullify all the great work she has done. The great shows that have entertained us for almost two decades: from Mera Naseeb to Talkhiyan to Zindagi Gulzar Hai. Be kind. Be gentle. Be forgiving. Just like our Lord has guided us. Imagine if our Lord starts throwing us all into hell for just one mistake. Where would we all end up? Ponder. Peace❤

And what does “first series” mean, its not even commissioned from Netflix Pakistan (its a Netflix UAE commissioned show). I watch Pakistani dramas but you are not mature enough to distinguish between star power and the stories they have

(That's another topic, by the way. There is no Netflix Pakistan. Hence, Netflix UAE is commissioning it). So, obviously, the makers wanted to gather the best they could. You say it like it's a bad thing. Sanam just mentioned the sense of family dynamics and the past, present, and future timelines. And we're not talking about movie/film stars. It's not like when the makers cast Mandy, Milo, and Sterling, they were unknown faces. They were well-known actors. And don't compare our cinema with theirs. Surely you're 'mature' enough to understand the difference.

So guys I just came here to comment. Not watching this program. Sanam should redeem herself like Saba Faisal by apologizing to her fans and giving an explanation of why she did this campaign. Of course she won’t reveal how much she got paid, but one step in the right direction is better than nothing

Pakistan is passing through a critical period. We have been supporting them always but in this suffocating period l can't tolerate some issues. From last 26 months fascism is at peak they never spoke. Good enough they are celebrities spit is all right but if they support form 47 government l will never forgive.
