No, I understand the gift part- lack of kids' birthday gifts is one reason (not all of them), that we have all these school shootings. Even if he felt that she owed him whatever amount of money, once he said send me $12 dollars and it yours letting her believe it's paid off and she does it. It is really a new deal altogether. Weird @ 12:50 she’s describing how she thinks he is but she’s actually describing the plaintiff to the T! Her ruling on this was way off! It’s so funny she asked her so you and your bf got back together DUHHH, she was lying the entire time, she just played the judge like a fittle 🙄

i have heard this judge say 'i cant judge on feelings i must judge on facts' so this case should have ended the moment the judge saw the sale receipt with $2000 on as both parties had conspired to defraud the government. thats a crime!

Most women can’t STAND a bull shitter who says “you both look very beautiful today”, to a JUDGE. Why would he think that’s the highest compliment he can give to a professional, well educated woman? If he said that to me when I came to his business to buy a car I would turn and walk away. He’s a con-man that thinks that’s the way to a woman’s heart, 🙄I literally cringed when he said it and i’m sure the judge did too. Perhaps in the future the defendant should consider complimenting women on their business skills or intelligence. He comes across as a suck up con-man. If you know anything about JM you know you abhors these kinds of tactics.

Look, we know when our kids birthday are and we all make decisions. I was a single mom and in college. I always made sure my kid had birthday presents. I would buy small gifts throughout the year. Or I would save money to buy a big gift. I would go without. She seems like the type to spend money on herself and boyfriend first.

Why? 🤔 Considering the defendant is black, Adrian will defend him, even though HE’S the actual conman. Neither had clean hands but, the price on the old bucket of bolts alone began the scam! 😳 Agree her tears shouldn’t be considered for the verdict but the car dealer was as much of a bum as her ex/bf. 😆
