Fuel pump swap-KTM/Husqvarna

Yea great idea can do a full stock tank in one session motocross..I'm sick of running out of fuel on my fc450 17 over the handlbars again on Sunday over a big jump. these Husqvarna Fc when it runs out the bike literally runs out . and endos in the air . no misfire no surging no warning no low fuel level light . The rear wheel stops and over it goes . never had a bike just stop like that. even my rmz 450 fuel injected didn't do that. I'm thinking it drinks it dry unlike my rmz the fuel tank shape must have been different to allow it to miss and surge for a warning. would never just stop mid air.

Is the fuel pump lengths the same ? I’m doing same thing but revers Clear to black smaller tank

Maybe its a stupid question, but since the pump is sitting on the left side and nothing goes to the right side, how can the fuel on the righ down section can reach the fuel pump? Is it kinda reserve to store fuel and you have to shake the bike once the left section is empty to get the extra milage left?? Thank you.

Hi there. Hope all is well? I have a 2015 KTM 500 XCW Oem tank that I would like to Install on a 2013 KTM 350 SXF but the fuel pump from the SXF is to short so does this mean I need the XCW fuel pump?

Hello greetings. I have a question, I have a Ktm 250 EXC-2013 and modify it by putting all the plastics of a 2018, Cresencio that the fuel tank can leave the same tank Or do I have to put one of 2018 so well ??

I just bought a 18 350 sxf and im setting it up similar to a xc-w. Do you prefer IMS to Acerbis? Im looking at the 3 gallon and was wondering if my KTM electric fan will work with either tank.

Usually IMS -- - yes fan should work-- if it hits email me from my site and I will walk you though how to fix it.
