Morning Devansh...what a brilliant new workout series we have as the next stage of our fantastic fitness journey with Caroline! Doesn’t today’s workout look so brilliant! I love it that we are doing sprawls in a leg day! Have a great workout, Devansh...and catch up later! Matthew PS...later...all finished and what an absolutely superb workout! I enjoyed this so much! I finished Epic III two weeks ago. Same day I got dumped from a 5.5 years relationship. I’m still grieving but today I decided to get back to Caroline and start the Fuel series and wow, I’m so glad I did. Caroline makes me feel like such a baddie, I feel invincible again. This series already feels amazing. It’s the start of my seventh program with Caroline and I can’t wait!

This was insanely intense. I was sweating and my heart rate was elevated. The Bulgarian lunge and the RDL giant sets were fire. I think Epic Heat and Beastmode had a baby...FUEL!

Hi all, I’ve been following Caroline since she started on KZbin. This has been the hardest leg workout we’ve had. I’m not sure if it’s due to the heavier weights or the hydro. Either way my legs are defeated. 😆😆😆😆😆

I'm just starting this today after I sort of started when I was pregnant. I had to stop due to pregnancy and I'm now 6 months postpartum, starting from scratch! I had to hold my 18 lb baby for most of the reps, and I needed lots of modifications and breaks. BUT I did it! It feels good to be back at at! Thank you for making this helpful resource available to all of us!

For a guy that is used to hitting the weights with strength, power and hypertrophy based workouts, this was a great change of pace. It can be as challenging as you want with the weight selection and complete range of motion. Also a great core routine with the single leg portions. Enjoyed this very much Caroline. Look forward to the rest of the series.

Just finished my first workout with you! I'm 63yrs old and I used 15lb dumbbells, it was a challenge, but I know I will get fitter the of your workouts I do. I'm going to continue through this FUEL series. So glad I found your channel! Thank you!

Morning, Matthew! I bit of a hectic morning after my session, so I am writting to you a little later. I LOVED today's session. Like you have said- FUEL has everything! I think this programme will easily become my favourite one. Lunge hops after bulgarian's were hard and the lunge sequence as well- my glutes were on fire during lunge rear lifts!! The finisher was superb. I have always enjoyed the most combining bodyweight moves with weights and more slow and controlled movements with dynamic, explosive ones... I just discovered Caroline about 15 days ago. I started to do one of her videos 3 times a week and I felt amazing. Yesterday I discovered the FUEL series and I immediately started it. Today is my 2nd day and I am loving it. I'm 58 and was completely sedentary until I started doing yoga at 50. I just started doing resistance excercise about 4 months ago. I feel more healthy and youthful now than when I was 30. By far!. Thank you Caroline. I love your approach, the structure of your workouts, and the energy they bring to my life. I sometimes don't love the lyrics of some of the music, but everything else is fantastic. Thank you for gifting your knowledge and your presence to the world 🙏

I finished the Fuel series about a month ago, now I am coming back and doing it again. This time, I was able to get through this whole workout without a pause. This series is my favorite!!! So challenging but yet so good!

The attention to detail of this woman is immaculate!! Everything is so well coordinated. The color scheme of the series down to the mat she is using. Wow. Caroline you put so much thought into your craft and I truly appreciate your hard work for us. Today was Epic. Today I restarted Fuel for the second time around. My fiancee were on a 10 day road trip/work event in the Northeast and I allowed my body to rest and enjoy celebrating the holidays (early) with family and friends. When i woke up this morning i couldn't wait to start Fuel. I think this may go down in history as one of my favorite workouts of Caroline's. Its a perfect mixture of cardio and resistance. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that by the end of tis 6 weeks, Caroline may possibly surprise us with a New Years program! Thank you Caroline and Happy Holidays to all!

Caroline: I'm a big fan of your routines. A year ago now, due to mental health issues, I gave up exercise completely. I have been so afraid to go back to routines. I felt worse and worse about my body, I looked very thin and felt like I had lost strength. But today, after getting a lot of strength from inside me, I decided to start again with this series of routines. When I finished I started to cry from happiness. I can't stress enough on the fact that you help people so much. Thank you for everything.

I have a love n hate relationship with these workouts- im loving the results and myself for being consistent but i hate the fact that i have to put myself through this everyday 😂😂 im proud of myself tho!! I have never been a consistent person but these workouts are something else! They make me want to stay consistent. Hello! I've been doing abs workouts of Caroline since 2020. I didn't even know she really started then! I just found her vídeos so professional and practiced more and more of them but never a whole training serie. I started with the Christmas 24 days and absolutely loved it! That one with Winston was totally adorable! Today I started Fuel! Wonderful! Yes, I do read the description box because I feel much more prepared when I have a sense of what's coming and implement Caroline's tips of how to correctly perform the exercises. I read the Comments when I have a bit of time. They are so uplifting and positive! Really an amazing community you all have created! Caroline and everybody of the community; I wish you all the best and lots of more good feeling moments.... With love from Brazil!

Sweating, panting and tired after doing day 1 of FUEL. Its been a long time since i worked out and today I thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank you Caroline for this program. I thought i would not be able to do it but i did it and felt as if i have accomplished something big.

This series definitely looks like it’s going to target cardiovascular fitness a lot more compared to IRON with those high energy moves such as sprawls… it’s certainly going to be demanding! Let’s rev up those heart rates! ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥

The favorite part of my day is waking up @ 4am to workout with you! You make me feel amazing. My self esteem and confidence are better than ever. I always struggled with self body image my whole life and now @ 52, i feel better than i ever felt my whole life. Healthy, strong and confident. Being healthy is a lifestyle i will never give up... I am actually amazed at what I am capable of - and that is all because of you!!! I have worked up to weights you are using and follow every rep (well most of them...)... please keep the workouts coming. You are just amazing! Be proud of your accomplishments and as long as you keep the workouts coming, I will be doing them with you!!!

Happy to Smash a New Series with Everyone! Up First..Giant Leg Day🔥! So Ready to work hard. Let's GO! 👊 Have a great workout! Day 1 Done✔️. Finished with a Red Face dripping w/ Sweat 😅. Enjoyed each Set. Toughest were the Lunges. My fave were the Curtseys and Finisher. Max HR was 179. Great feeling after. Also did the 10min. Weighted Abs add-on. Thanks Caroline! ❤️ Happy Monday!

Morning Trish great to be back with you😘 wasn't it tough but fantastic. Loving it all already. The cardio thrown in there made it such fun. The heart was pumping and the sweat a pouring with that🥵 this session is going to be more of a fat burner than iron. Loved the colour today too. Used Same weights as Caroline and it was tough. Day one done & add on also ✅ so not a bad morning's work🥵🥵

I really think this series is really going to help me get back into shape. It’s definitely hard getting the motivation to restart training after years of being a retired soccer player. The exercises and motivation from Caroline are really helping me remember how great it feels to really work out and to feel good about myself!!!

I just finished Caroline Girvan's incredible workout, and I have to say, I am blown away by how effective and challenging it was. As someone who has tried many different workout programs, I can confidently say that this one stands out as one of the best I've ever done. One of the things I appreciated most about the series was the focus on legs. I enjoyed the emphasis on building strong and toned legs. And let me tell you, these moves were strict as hell! But I found that the challenges were exactly what I needed to push myself to the next level and see real progress. But what sets Caroline's workouts apart is the level of attention and care she puts into each and every one of them. From the clear and concise instructions to the modifications and variations she provides for different fitness levels, it's clear that Caroline wants to make sure everyone can benefit from her workouts, no matter their experience or ability. I also loved how she incorporated various exercises and equipment into each workout, keeping things exciting and helping to target different muscle groups. And the 30-minute time frame was perfect for me - short enough to fit into my busy schedule but long enough to get a thorough and effective workout. I am so grateful to Caroline for creating such a fantastic workout series. I can't wait to see what other challenges she has in store for us in the future. Just finished this one wowzers it was demanding! Managed with my 15s and 12s, was one of my toughest yet! Liked the variety of weights then cardio! Feels great when you finish! Think this series is going to test me mentally but love a challenge! Thank you Caroline 😊

Holy sweat!! After Iron my dumbbell capacity for each exercise went up between 5-10 lbs and this giant set format smoked me with those heavier weights! Thank you for Iron, I have never been stronger and am so looking forward to this new series 🙌🏻

I just finished the iron series and when I tell you this has been the ONLY work out program that did not cause further I jury to my back. I just finished the first workout for FUEL and I am pumped… they are so good and I feel great after. Thank you for all the great workouts

I’ve just started actively following and doing Caroline’s videos after yoga for 2years I realised going into perimenopause my body needed more intense muscle\ weight work out to keep my body shape. I had never completed more than a week of a routine until I happened across your channel earlier this year and was immediately hooked! I've since completed IRON and EPIC I and just started FUEL. Thanks to you, I no longer despise lunges, I can now do push ups and I see real changes in my definition. Your workouts are the perfect combination of challenging and doable and there's room to go heavier and push harder or go easy on low energy days. And seeing you pause occasionally is actually encouraging ;). Thank you Caroline for all the hard work you put into these workouts!

Wow!! That was crazy tough but great at the same time. I had to take a few 1 minute breaks instead of 30 second ones and my legs definitely felt like they might collapse but I made it through...yipppeeee!!! I finished Iron yesterday and thought about taking some time off but figured i'm in a good routine so I should just jump right back in there. Glad I did! Thanks Caroline!

Day 1 done! I've probably gained 40 pounds or so the last 6 months, and have done nothing the last two weeks as I've been sick. This one was tough to get through but I did it! I can't wait to follow my first full Caroline program and see where I'm at in 6 weeks. Also, it's 90F here today (not normal) so happy to have my cooler basement to workout in as this was a sweaty one!

Day one done and this is has been the most intense workout ive gotten in a while but im really glad i did it and made a start on this series. Caroline, I found you through the Epic Endgame program earlier this year. I got 3/4 of the way through it and injured my shoulder in a climbing accident. I proceeded to fall off the bandwagon with all exercise. Tried to jump back into the Epic Endgame to finish up and found that I had lost my momentum with that program. I'm here for a fresh start and so incredibly grateful that you're on my team. My shoulder is doing better, I'm getting stronger and the PSYCH is high! Thanks for your smiles to camera and for pausing to take short breaks. I love your workouts because you're a real person and instead of striving for robotic movements, I find myself joyfully exploring my limits. Thanks for leading the charge!

Just finished epic beginner and now starting fuel. Day one complete. It’s so hard coming back after having a baby, Caroline you don’t know how much I look up to you! Especially since you’ve had two kids too. I know it’s possible for me to achieve a higher level of fitness than where I am now. Thank you for what you do. 💛💛💛
