Fantastic video brother. One of the most informative videos I've seen on the GF lenses. Thanks for showing examples as well. Keep it doing!

Love the review. You are very articulate. You touched on important topics without letting it become boring. You covered real world comparisons, your preferences and showed photos backing your opinion. Love to see more!

You are a good review man ... I purchased a used GF 45mm f2.8 on your recommendation ...on my 50s II it focuses very snappy ...quite sharp wide open .... super sharp f4-11...thank you :)

It’s a great lens then and still a great lens today haha

A stellar lens, but I end up using the 45-100mm more, since it also covers 45mm it's hard to justify carrying both. I also carry the GF30mm, and GF100-200mm lenses, so another prime in my bag would just be so heavy. Maybe if I shoot more portraits, I'll just bring this GF45mm, and a GF110mm for a nice two-lens setup. That might be a refreshing change.

I don't think you need a 45 if you have 45-100. I used it before, I am just more of a prime guy haha.

I have this as well...Very nice lens. I presently have 2 x GFX50s's and I have 6 GFX lenses, the 45, 63, 110, 120, 250 and 32-64. :-)

I have similar to you just no 120mm. Gf lenses are great

I chose the 3 zooms instead, 20-35, 32-64, 45-100mm. I also have the 50mm, my first lens, 110mm and the 250mm. Should I purchase other lenses? I also have other vintage lenses Mamiya 645 and Jena lenses for fun shootings.

Update I have now added the 80mm and 20-35mm to my other 6 above... @@ZPProductions

Preparing to buy the gfx, how do you feel about this lense vs 63 for portraits? This focal length for portraits sometimes just feels wide sometimes
@ZPProductions4 жыл бұрын
Hmm. It’s totally different feel . I personally will prefer 63mm for portrait
@cleverghostcinema4 жыл бұрын
@@ZPProductions shame, everyone says the 45 is the best lens, but if I take portraits maybe the image quality won't matter...? 🤨
@ZPProductions4 жыл бұрын
@@cleverghostcinema I actually find the quality comparable . And for portrait 35mm equivalent is too wide of a perspective for me.

PLEASE do presentation of the different gf lenses i realy like your way to do it i already have the 45mm covered in my 32-64mm but the prime 45mm is slight better. and i also have the 110mm my favorite so i dont need a lens like the 45mm but im looking at the 100-200mm and the 23mm
@ZPProductions4 жыл бұрын
I already did review for most of them. Just search around my KZbin page I covered almost all except the 120mm and 100-200mm

Interesting review. May I know what is your most use lens ? If I were to end up with just two lenses, one for portrait and one for landscape, what would be your recommendation ?
