It's a nice camera. I still can't justify keeping it in my kit when I have more capable cameras at similar size.

Having a similar struggle. You may not actually have it but are considering it? I have had it nearly 6 weeks now. I also have the x-t5. It's my more compact EDC option. But the x100 got bigger and gained goodies from the x-t5, just as the x-t5 got smaller and also got some benefits from the x100 and will get more like Reala ACE and touch to track for video. The additional performance and practicalities offered by the bigger body and battery are not to be sniffed at either. You do notice it got a little bigger and heavier, but it still fits in a jeans or shorts pocket. It does struggle to differentiate itself from a photography perspective from the x-t5 now, and I often find I wish I had the performance or options of the x-t5 when shooting with it. However, I got it because I wasn't taking a camera if I would need a bag or strap, or wanted to be more discrete or engaging with subjects, and here it shines. Travel camera? Not for me, unless it's a weekend away or photography should take a back seat. Occasional use camera for documentary and daily life for €1800 is definitely over the top. I'm lucky I could get it at half that price considering the amount I sold the V for after buying used before the hype. I'd probably consider selling if there was a smaller, just as capable option. But the Ricoh GR having no viewfinder is a deal breaker. I'd love an x80.

This camera is not actually available. I "pre-ordered" one from a major national on-line camera store about 90 minutes after it supposedly went on sale. That was on February 20. Six weeks later ... no camera. no update on expected delivery date. losing interest.

@@scotttucker9613 what a dumb flex - Fuji made a big thing about changing manufacturing facility from Japan to China to keep up with demand and that has failed miserably. You expect to pre-order something and it arrive in it's launch window.
