Fuji xt 3 is much better upgrade to the new firmware 4.0 autofocus just as reliable I sold my a6400 got a Fuji xt s10 powerful camera in body stabilizer and great autofocus.

Dude sony rolling shutter bad 😫 no 4k 60 also limited to 8bit 420 and 100mbps and the memory buffer also slow compared to fuji. As a 2018 xt3 was flagship camera of fuji line up if compared to that time other flagship such as a7 doesn't have articulate screen.

I love all the buttons on the Fuji but am not wild about the looks - contrary to a lot of folks. The a6400 shape reminds me of my old Leica's which I grew up using. Appreciate the video and think if I upgrade from my a6000, it might be the a6400.

A great breakdown of the two cameras Chris. I do like the image of that comes out of the Fuji but something that surprised me was the a6400. Not quite in the same league but my wife has just got herself a Sony ZV1 and before seeing that, I've had a hard time trusting autofocus (probably why I jumped to Panasonic myself) but I've definitely been considering an a6400 as a gimbal cam. Have you parted ways with your Pocket 4K now?

Yep I never used my pocket 4k. It was a great camera but file sizes meant it just say on a shelf. I use the the 6400 for all of my KZbin videos and 99% of the time in autofocus. The fs5 I used to have was absolutely shocking when in autofocus. So y seem to be pretty hit or miss with auto focus but when they hit, they smash it out of the park in my opinion. @@ChrisWatkinsMedia Oh the autofocus on the FS5 was horrendous (although I've got to be honest, the autofocus on the EVA is not much better). I hear on the file sizes. Shooting in ProRes while lovely and edits smoothly, the hard drive consumption is through the roof. Still staying safe in these strange "locked in" times. I need to step up my own KZbin production schedule now ;-)

I have to agree with you on that, good review but I feel most professional videographers are going to go with fuji. 10 bit files plus 4k 60fps 400mbps even the 200mbps makes a noticeable difference. For everyday stuff you have 8bit 100mbps. So o guess really comes down to the work you do.

Hello there. How is the grip on xt-3? Compared to a6400? Xt-3's grip looks so shallow. I currently have an a6000 and looking to update into xt-3. Xt-3 is certainly a beautiful camera.

5:05 you only added this point so it would look like a even review. this is such a small feture in this camera and most people that will get this camera will shot in raw. it is obvious you did this on purpose. you even followed it up by saying that it is useless if you are shooting it in raw. worst camera review ive seen in my life. I have a A6400 and a fuji XT3 and there is no comparison between them. fuji wins.

Many people love this feature and it adds so much more versatility if you fit a specific style and category, it's creating your own look in the camera itself and skipping so much fiddling with sending files over to other machines. Enhancing the shooting experience and making it more fun by adding options is a huge plus. Just because your tiny worm brain doesn't understand a pro of a camera doesn't mean it's not useful. Why are you even getting so mad for, sucking Sony's nuts won't get you a free camera, damn. Also it's extremely bizarre how you cherry picked this specific point on Fuji's side to call this an awful review and then proceeded to say Fuji wins, wtf is your problem lmao, shouldn't you be happy he mentioned this feature?
