Wow that has got to be the filthiest boat i've seen for sale. does the owner have an idea that as a minimum i'd judge the inside based on the outside and wouldn;t go anywhere near it.

Couldn’t agree more - totally switched off the boat. The basics of selling is to present your product well - this was a switch off from what really is quite a nice boat.

Oh don't worry about the winter green algi on the decks, that pretty standard this time of year with all the rain we've been having. Most of the boats in the marina look like this in the depth of winter.

It’s a boat in the winter… the owner would have to come every 4 or 5 days and wash it to keep it clean. Any genuine boat owner will know this and fully understand, it just needs a wash. I’m sure if a genuine buyer booked a viewing they will give it a wash before they get there, it will be filthy 5 days later though.
