Got to share this not insignificant fact today, I actually felt so confident half way through that I tucked my T shirt up into my sport's bra elastic so it looked like it was a cropped top! Yay, only took me 57 years to dare to do something like that for myself and if it wasn't for PJ I never would. Yes her work outs and amazing programs make your body stronger and fitter than ever but it seems they do a lot of good for your state of mind too!Thank you PJ😉😊

Yes - Yesterday was a doozy! Today, I think I had more endurance than I had three months ago. Reverse bridge, no reach across, no double crunch, did v-sit with leg up, plank ups from the knees, plank jacks with the hop and everything else without modification. Those skaters are among my favorite moves. Whew! Thanks, PJ!❤

Heat wave in uk so smashed this out at 4.30am and still sweated buckets! Jumping squats followed by air squats had the old quads burning for sure! Absolute fire cracker of a session LOVED IT!

Day 9 done! Wow was that ever intense! I really gave it my all with this one (feeling pretty spicy today, in spite of yesterday's killer workout). Plank ups still suck, but damn, I'm getting good at them! And I actually enjoyed the plank jacks. Double crunches suck a little less now, and I can do a LOT more of them with good form. PJ, you are one hell of a trainer- in just 9 days I'm seeing improvements in my upper body and core strength especially, and my glutes and legs have gotten stronger as well (and my balance has improved too). Thank you so much for improving the lives of women in their 40's, 50's, and beyond!

DAY 9 IS COMPLETE 💯✅ IT'S OFFICIAL I LOVE AMRAP this was a lot of fun I got my sweat on while do it and I went as hard as I could and I add the 8 minute killer abs workout after this So far so good 💯 PJ you are truly a legend and I am definitely doing this again after we have completed it Did I tell you I love AMRAP 😂😆😆😂😂😂😆😆😂 BUT as for the push up drills I can't do them from the toes just not happening so knees it is I'll hold a plank no problem on my forearms or my hands but trying to do the push from the toes........ Arms triceps and shoulder's are feeling it that's for sure 😁 Cheers coach legend Steph 🇮🇪

I’m not going to knock this type of workout out of the park yet, but that’s ok! I still like it, and my goal is to still have a little gas in the tank when I’m done.
