Alyssa I recently came across your videos while trying to find strength training workouts for someone like me who goes through trials of joint hip pain & back stiffness , I have dealt with such issues ever since I had episodes of psoriasis. I just can't tell you how I am so ELATED ! To finally find a work out that eases my stiffness ! While making me stronger! I'm 60 now & I just want to thank you ! This is another great workout. I have been doing your workouts - starting with the 5 day challenge and then moving on to others for about 1 month and I am already having big rewards in respect to strength and most certainly less pain. I can now walk up stairs more easily without literally pulling myself up. This knee bone on bone is not going to defeat me! Thank you Alyssa.

I enjoyed the strength training session. It wasn’t hard on my knees and hips. I loved using the dumbbells for squats. It took a lot of pressure off of my knees. Thank you for doing what you do.

I love this video (and all of the videos, tik toks, etc.) and the repetitions! I wish the sound was a bit better as I can tell important things are being said but the music is louder than the audio.

Would this exercise help build muscles? Is there an additional one you recommend to add. Having Arthritis and very weak legs is not helping

Use dumbbells that are appropriate for you specifically. Start lighter to ensure all movements are done with great form and you can see how your body responds. Move up in weight to increase difficulty.

You could do parts of the video every day or every other day based upon how difficult it feels for you.
