Thank you Vicky❤ this exactly what i needed. I used to do home work outs for 2 years and was so fit, had abs. Then life got hectic and i had trouble continuing. Now almost 2 years later, or 3(??) I must start from the beginning. I felt like a failure when i couldn't go through with the exercises i used to. This has really helped. Thank you❤

thank you! i'm getting back into working out after a few weeks off, and this was the perfect reintroduction. it's also so lovely to do in the morning when i want to get some movement in, but not be absolutely wiped out. i really appreciated your tips in between on how to move and position our bodies. it was super helpful!! thank you for being so encouraging and positive in your video!! oh, and i really loved the timer that you picked. it was nice to see a visual of it sliding down vs just a lil timer in the corner. it felt more like i was completing something vs racing against the clock. thanks again for this amazing workout. i hope you make a series out of these !!

@@k.elizabeth21 you should definitely check out her video on her channel that’s a glute isolation one for about 30 minutes and there’s a video where it’s this “lazy girl” glute workout that worked for me but I suggest you still try it. But consistency is key of course once you’re consistent you’ll see it grow within a few months.

My mom & her whole side is Ukrainian! I was born in Moscow because she moved there at 18 to study and met my Cuban dad and had me. So I would always say Russian because it was easier than having to explain, but after the conflict I felt it was important to make it clear my actual heritage 🫶
