Thank you so much for this! So many fitness influencers have followers that’s have followed them for years and are more advanced, and so I feel like us beginners are left behind. I’m starting from the ground up and really appreciate this workout!

Thank you Vicky❤ this exactly what i needed. I used to do home work outs for 2 years and was so fit, had abs. Then life got hectic and i had trouble continuing. Now almost 2 years later, or 3(??) I must start from the beginning. I felt like a failure when i couldn't go through with the exercises i used to. This has really helped. Thank you❤

Thank you for this! I am just starting to work out and have been too afraid to go to the gym. This video made me try working out at home and I finally feel proud of myself. I love how you explained each workout and what to think of while doing them since I am clueless haha. I will be subscribing

thank you! i'm getting back into working out after a few weeks off, and this was the perfect reintroduction. it's also so lovely to do in the morning when i want to get some movement in, but not be absolutely wiped out. i really appreciated your tips in between on how to move and position our bodies. it was super helpful!! thank you for being so encouraging and positive in your video!! oh, and i really loved the timer that you picked. it was nice to see a visual of it sliding down vs just a lil timer in the corner. it felt more like i was completing something vs racing against the clock. thanks again for this amazing workout. i hope you make a series out of these !!

This is an excellent work out for beginners! I somehow aggravated the tendons on both of my feet and I didn't know how to keep fit besides walking but then I found your video! And I love Freya, she is such a beautiful cat! Woo day 2 done! Woo day 3 done!

What is glute isolation? I saw it from one of your shorts lol can you make a video on doing your glute isolation and then your glute workout?

She have a few videos up on her channel of her doing glute isolations but doing it before your glute exercise help your glutes grow.

@@k.elizabeth21 you should definitely check out her video on her channel that’s a glute isolation one for about 30 minutes and there’s a video where it’s this “lazy girl” glute workout that worked for me but I suggest you still try it. But consistency is key of course once you’re consistent you’ll see it grow within a few months.

I love your channel & I know you like to keep your content more to the point or light hearted, but I am curious (as someone else who grew up with the skinny tumblr era), how do you feel about the current “skinny is ideal” mindset, that has found its way back into the mainstream media? I feel like you’ve always (at least seemed) to have a healthy relationship with food & exercise. What is some advice you would give to the younger generation finding your content now?

Hi girl! This was a great workout, loved it! Just a comment; on your website bio, (and your Daily Thrive app!) it says you are Ukrainian, but i remember you saying you are Russian! Is this a freudian mistake or are you hesitant on putting forth your heritage due the situation at hand? Love you girl!

My mom & her whole side is Ukrainian! I was born in Moscow because she moved there at 18 to study and met my Cuban dad and had me. So I would always say Russian because it was easier than having to explain, but after the conflict I felt it was important to make it clear my actual heritage 🫶

@@panthera1529 I just asked to make sure whether 30 plus age women can build muscles. Im 30 plus, joined gym recently only. This is my body goals. I don't know whether I can achieve at this age. I never worked out in my 20s
