As requested here is a Full Body Advanced Calisthenics routine =) Remember we are still focusing on the basics of Calisthenics and the essential movement patterns of bodyweight training. This is not some crazy high elite level workout, but instead, this is a routine that can even be done by intermediate athletes if they just choose a easier progression for each exercise or just lower the reps and sets. Hope you have some fun watching me suffer here and hopefully you will suffer with me ;) Leave your opinions, questions and suggestions down bellow. Happy training my friends!

WORKOUT:
1. Muscle ups (10x reps)
2. Straight bar dips (20x reps)
3. Regular pull ups (12x reps)
4. Weighted pistol squats (5x reps each side)
5. Handstand push ups (10x reps)
6. Tuck front lever pull ups (6x reps)
7. Pseudo push ups (6x reps)
8. Toes to bar (10x secs)
9. Dragon flags (10x reps)
-REPEAT 3X or 4X.
-No rest between exercises.
-Rest 2-3 minutes in between each round.
PS: You can also do this routine in "reps & sets" style.

SaturnoMovement just a question how come there is only one leg exercise compared to the many upper body exercises? Love to have feedback

Andrew Lofland I had 2 at first but video was getting way too long and I really wanted to cover all those upper body movements. Also, calisthenics athletes seem to focus more on upper body strength for some specific moves. You can add another leg exercise in there too! Anyways, leg workout coming soon too :) cheers!

@@toplel3817 yeah maybe so advanced gabo hasn't mastered it yet and is struggling to perform even 1 rep with perfect form. I want to see him doing progressions for example progressions for hollow back press or whatever he wants to achieve. In other words something like a series ROAD TO HOLLOW BACK PRESS(OR OTHER SKILLS). Either that or tutorials. Workouts focused on basics aren't doing it for me.

This is my current workout 💪 warm up / stretch 5 -10 minutes 10 L-sit pull ups 10 L-sit chin ups 10 Russian dips 20 push ups 10 pull ups 10 close grip chin ups 10 dips 20 push ups 10 close grip pull ups 10 chin ups 10 dips 20 push ups 10 wide grip pull ups 10 wide grip chin ups 10 dips 20 wide pushups 10 mixed grip pull ups (each side) 10 pull ups 10 chin ups 20 push ups

That looks like a killer workout and I am not there yet. I did your intermediate the other day and it was great. increased the reps on a few things and subbed the pistol squats for regular as I am rehabbing my knee. I am be able to sub in a few of the advanced exercises here and there into the intermediate workout. Thanks.

Great workout! Only exercise I can't do yet is the handstand pushup, I am missing the correct balance. Also I have to decrease reps after the first round :)

Something that i find lacking in work out videos is actual just raw unedited workouts, with breaks included and everything. When i started i lacked knowledge and would feel like if i couldn't follow along all the way the workout wouldn't be effective; it lead me to always workout to the point of almost passing out/feeling like puking. Just an idea to keep in mind, havent seen many strictly raw vids. Thanks
